I hired this company to paint my entire home and the contractor came on February 7 and February 8, 2022 with seven people who were not professional painters. The job they performed was AWFUL! They made the biggest mess on every wall, ceiling, and door they painted. Not only did they make a mess but they left a mess and disrespected my home by: using the toilet and stopping it up, standing on the toilet top, using my kitchen sink to wash brushes, wasted paint on my wood floors, front porch, brick steps, threw paint chips and caulk in my backyard, and they broke the sensors to my security system. It was a NIGHTMARE! I contacted the project manager informing her of the issues and a husband and wife team came to repair the problems. She let me know these were their "BEST PAINTERS." They did a great job! I asked why I didn't get the best painters initially to avoid this type of stressful experience? I found more problems as I began to inspect my walls and I contacted the owner Amado **** Monday, February fourteenth and informed him how dissatisfied I was with the contractors work and the unprofessional people he had with him. He came over the following day to inspect the job and promised he would rectify the situation and he would send his "BEST PAINTERS." Again I asked why I didn't get the best painters in the first place? I felt like I had the wrong ZIP CODE! The husband and wife team came on Thursday, Feb 24th and repainted my entire house all except the bathroom and den. I didn't inspect the rooms well because boxes were stored in them. I emptied the rooms and saw the walls were painted terrible and the wrong paint #400 was used contract says 200 Egg. I called and texted Mr. **** and he responded he would get back with me soon. I never heard from him so, I bought the paint and supplies and painted the rooms myself. I reached out to him and told him I was waiting to hear from him. He replied, "you're not going to hear from me, don't call me again," and HUNG UP!
