****, our technician, was very professional, communicative, and kind. There was a miscommunication when we were attempting to schedule the appointment with the office, and **** called us to make sure he knew what time he was expected and to make sure he was understanding the message correctly. When he was running late by a bit, he made sure to give us a heads up, which was greatly appreciated. When he was here, he was very professional/courteous.Atlus Pest Solutions

I am usually not home when the Techs come to service our home. I started with Pest control, added the Termite Bond and then added mosquito services. This last service I got to talk with *** since I was returning from errands when he arrived. He let me know what he was doing and then asked if there were any concerns I had. I always get a phone call, text message and once I fixed my email address in the system - an email, for when they are servicing our home. Whenever we notice there are still mosquitos or other bugs hanging around, a simple call gets us back on the schedule for an extra treatment at no cost. If a service for mosquitos is needed earlier that the regular season, no issues calling and asking for the Techs to come out. Great service, no pests and mosquitos to worry about and no second thoughts about termite infestations.Atlus Pest Solutions
