      I purchased 100 shirts for $399 on March 21st, 2024, order number *******. The shirts showed up a month later after I had to ask where they were. When they finally showed up, they were crooked and not properly manufactured. The logos started coming off with one cold wash. I returned the shirts through *** on April 23rd, 2024. **** (no last name) in customer service assured me that they would push the replacements through as quickly as possible for the inconvenience. A replacement order was put in on May 1st, 2024. I followed up on May 20th, 2024 and **** told me that the shirts were in production. On June 3rd, 2024, I told them that this has been unacceptable and requested a refund. **** responded on June 5th, 2024, stating that he had been out of the office. I requested again that I want a refund. I have since emailed and called on June 12th, June 18th, and June 24th, 2024 with no responses from anyone. This has been a three month process with no resolution. I am seeking a full refund for my original order.

      I was refunded shortly after I filed this complaint, probably because I told them I was going to take action. You can now close this case, but I would keep an eye on this company's behavior.

      Order Date:14 Nov 2023 Order Number: ******* I contacted 5 Boys to make me some shirts off of some ******** advertising they were doing. I Emailed in for a quote on 100 shirts with the 2 Logos that I needed done on the shirts. They were quick to send back proofs which I approved and got a delivery date of 12/11 and the Delivery date came and went. I asked for an updated delivery date and was strung along. I finally received the shirts on Jan 16th and they were Terrible. None of the logos matched, They were faded as well as all over the place. The Front chest logos were in the middle of some shirts. The back logos were stretched and crooked, I could not use these T shirts for anything as I would be embarrassed to give them away like I wanted to for promotional material. The Shirts were sent back by *** and I was told they would get back to me with a resolution. After multiple attempts to get this resolved they have gone quiet. They have deleted me from social media as well as many other people who have had bad dealings and the same situation.

      On April 16th 2024, I place an online order for 100 Soft Style Shirts with 5 Boys Apparel. Invoice number ***** and Order number *******. On April 17th I approved the designed and things were cleared to move forward. On May 30th, I got a notification that my order had shipped. Due to the order taking longer they bumped up my order to 1 day shipping. On May 31st I received my order and after taking inventory of the order there was 1 shirt missing and 9 shirts that were printed on Heavy Cotton and not the Soft Style that was paid for. I have sent several emails with no response. I have attempted to call and never get a answer. I am not looking for a refund. I would just like the 10 shirts to be fixed and sent out. At this point I don't even care about the colors of the shirt as long as they are Soft Style.

      We ordered shirts and hoodies from 5 Boys. Our T-shirts showed up and tge logo is uneven on all of our shirts front and back. I have called sent emails left comments on ********* They take the comments off ******** but won't respond to me. They are unacceptable and I can't give a shirt to a customer that looks like a drunk person printed it! I want reprints on my shirts and I have never received my hoodie order or a response on why I haven't from them. This place is horrible for customer relationship.

      On April 9th we placed an order with 5 Boys apparel and paid $419. (Order #*****). The confirmation email stated we could expect our order by April 30th. I stated to email them a few days prior because we had no updates or shipping info After 5 email attempts we got a response that they would check into it After 6 email attempts and a ******** comment by me they emailed a "policy" that says ship dates are an estimate and we would receive the shirts between May ***** but we could have paid more to have delivery by a certain date. April 30th was acceptable to us, we had no reason to upgrade to get them to keep their word. This is the info they emailed and reiterated to me today in response to my persistent inquiry."**Our standard turnaround time is ***** business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid. We ship all standard orders via *** ground from **********, *******. Standard orders can't be guaranteed and may face delays. Your customer due date is the date your order is estimated to ship from our warehouse. This date is only an estimate and the best-projected estimate we can give until the completion of printing. We try our best to ship around this estimated due date. We do have options to guarantee your order ship date and/or in-hand due date. Rush options are also available. "This policy was not clearly stated or show at the time of my order. The additional 11 days from today is excessive. It appears they advertise a low rate (100 t-shirts for $399) and can not produce at the rate they sell. No one answers the phone and the mail does not solve the late problem. This is a scam. They have our money, go over the timeline, extend the timeline at will with a rolling ship date! Horrible

      on August 3, 2023 I ordered 575 shirts from 5 Boys Apparel. Invoice #*****. I never received $1800.00 worth of the shirts and the shirts I did receive were subpar and theprint came off after one washing in cold water inside out. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent order with your company for B6B Clothing and Apparel. We chose your company with high expectations, as we are launching a business where the quality of our merchandise is paramount. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cornerstone of our merchandise line, the Ribs and Whiskey shirts, were not included in the shipment. This omission significantly impacts our ability to launch as planned. Furthermore, the quality of the received merchandise has fallen short of our expectations. After just one wash, the screen print disintegrated and faded, rendering the other items unsuitable for sale. This undermines our efforts to build a business that can confidently stand behind the durability and excellence of our products. To compound our frustrations, we have yet to receive a refund for the missing Ribs and Whiskey shirts. As a result, we find ourselves in a challenging position where we are unable to use a significant portion of the order due to both the missing items and the subpar quality of the received merchandise. We believe in resolving issues amicably, and we hope that you will take immediate steps to rectify this situation. Enclosed with this email, you will find the relevant invoice for your reference. We remain available to address any questions you may have and are hopeful that we can swiftly find a resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Attached find the photos of the shirts after one wash. The total owed is ******** with tax.This is the letter I sent them and I have received no official response. Mind you they had me send back the other 425 shirts.

      On or about April 29, 2024 I order 3 styles of T-shirts w/logos. The total amount was $1,219.95. They sent a proof which which I did not approve. I asked for revisions, and they sent me back the exact same proof.. NONE of the changes were made. I declined approval a second time and they still sent back the original proof and did not make any changes. I have tried to call them with no answer and no voice-mail. I am beginning to think this is all a huge scam!

      Hi there,

      The customer placed order ******* on Friday, April 26th. This order was processed by our online team and invoice ***** was created for this online order. Our art team created the proofs to send to the customer for approval in production and these were sent to the customer on April 30th for approval. The customer declined the proofs for approval and asked that designs be more centered on the shirts. Our art team made these revisions and resent the artwork for approval to the customer on May 1st at ******. The customer declined the revised proofs and asked why the changes were not made to the proof, but did not specify any further details. Our art team made another revision to the proof and sent to customer on May 1st at ******; but it does not look like the customer has opened the email. Our team has also reached out directly via email.

      On 02/05/24 an order was placed with 5boys Apparel, LLC for 20 t-shirts totaling $240.22 (Order #*******) to be delivered within 3-4 weeks (per their website). The following day another order was placed for an additional 25 t-shirts totaling $301.86 (Order #*******). Before 5boys begins printing the t-shirts, their practice is to send a "proof" of the t-shirt design to be approved by the customer. I received a proof for Order #******* on 2/6/24. This proof was approved and 5boys were to begin pressing the shirts. However, more than a month later no update was provided, despite initial attempts to request an order update via email. With no response, I resulted in calling the business directly only to have a majority of my phone calls forwarded to voicemail.Regarding Order #*******, no proof was ever delivered until 03/12/2024. This proof was only delivered once I was able to get ahold of them via phone for the first time. After still receiving no communication from 5boys, I placed several phone calls on 03/21/2024--of which I was able to reach them once. On this phone conversation, I requested an update asking if the t-shirts for both orders have been printed yet. The response was that they hadn't begun fulfilling the order. Upon this news I decided it would be best to cancel these two orders and take my business elsewhere. After speaking with an associate by the name of ******, I was emailed a confirmation that our orders have been cancelled and a refund had been issued and could take up to 3-7 business days to process.More than a week later, I had yet to receive a refund so I reached out to 5boys again asking for the status. As of the time of this filing (04/16/24) I have yet to receive a refund nor any further updates.

      On February 29, 2024 I ordered 150 shirts from their website totaling $1027.10 (my invoice number is ***** onl oder *******). I have not received my order. I have called and left several voice messages and also several emails. No one from 5boys Apparel has attempted to call or email me back. This is the first time I have ever used them. I would like a full refund or the shirts I ordered.

      I bought an order of T shirts from this business on February 5th 2024, for my musical group/band called Idol Lord. We sell merchandise (i.e.. T shirts, stickers, etc.) as a way of making money to finance our band. We had a very important engagement on March 28th 2024 that we needed additional merchandise for. My order was placed and paid for on February 5th 2004, which allowed me 37 business days for this order to arrive. Per 5 Boys literature, they indicate a typical turnaround time of ***** business days. On the 29th business day (03/15/24), I sent them an email indicating that I was in absolute dire need of my order. They replied, indicating that my order was estimated to ship some time between 03/15/24 and 03/22/24. On 03/22/24 I sent them another email indicating that it was now 34 business days, and my order still had not shipped. They did not even bother to reply. To date, I have received no further correspondence from 5 Boys. No explanation for the delay, nor any apology for the hardship they have caused me. Today (04/05/24), is the 44th business day, and second calendar month since I placed my order. I understand that delays occur, and mistakes happen. But to advertise a turnaround time of ***** business days, when in reality it's almost twice that time, is in my opinion, false advertising. Had they advertised a turnaround time of two months, I would have ordered my merchandise from another company. Presumably, most people would, and this seems downright deceptive and dishonest in my opinion. My band's merchandise sales is an integral part of how we earn a living, and having nothing to sell has dire consequences for us.Whatever money I thought I was going to save by using 5 Boys, has in actuality cost me three fold. I feel it's extremely important that others are warned about this company, as people's livelihoods could be adversely affected.

      It is true that the company refunded my money, it is untrue that it was at my request, this is a flat out lie; what I wanted was the merchandise I had paid for.  

      Essentially, I gave them a two and half month interest free loan.  This is a completely unacceptable business practice, and I hope that potential customers check the Better Business Bureau website to inform themselves of the utter ineptitude and dishonesty of this company.
