      I placed an order for a personalized jacket on 2/6/24. This purchase was for $90.25. I received my jacket on 6/5/24 with my name misspelled. After double checking my original order, I determined that the error was not on my end. At that point I emailed to let them know my name was misspelled. On 6/19/24, I received a reply telling me they would check to see what could be done On 7/13/24, I emailed asking for an update. On 7/16/24, I received a reply telling me that the spelling on my jacket was how I ordered it, along with a link to my original order which plainly showed that I did not misspell my name on the order. At that point I replied asking for them to check again as the misspelling was clearly not on my end. I have had no response back from the company.

      May 4th placed order for 300 T shirts, around 90 days later received 100 of the 300. Ink was so poor that you could not read the name on the artwork. Filed a claim ticket and received a email from **** who said submit photos. I did everything they asked and zero reply. For ***** days I would call or email and not a reply from a email except a ship date and no other questions answered, if I call the voicemail every time except once when I tried to cancel the other 200pcs with ******* I emailed trying to cancel. Poor quality, 90+ day wait time is not acceptable.

      On June 5, 2024, I ordered 100 shirts from 5boys Apparel. The due date (expected ETA) was June 26th. When I had not received the order by the beginning of July (and we needed them before July 19th), I called and they said Id have to put a $199 rush to get them on time, which I did. I then received the shirts and 97/100 of them were crooked, off center, or the design was warped. Through various calls and emails, the owner of the company, ********************* stated in an email on July 16th that we could keep the misprinted shirts and receive a $450 refund. I have emailed and called numerous times and finally on August 16th, they refunded the rush shipping of $199, but have not given the remainder of the money back. Were just looking to finish out this order as it has been over six weeks since we were told that we could get the refund. I have emailed various times and they keep saying we will process this, but then never actually process it.

      On August 29th, 5Boys Apparel returned $320 to our original payment. No confirmation was sent, but we can see it in our account. It is unclear why they sent $320, when they said $450, as that does not take into account the returned rush fee. At this point, we no longer want to deal with this company and urge others to be careful when working with them. I have used many printing companies and this was above and by far the worst experience we've had.

      I am rejecting this response because: A full refund was not received as stated by the company. The owner had agreed to a $450 refund on the order and yet only $320 was refunded. At this point we want nothing more to do with this company and encourage others not to use them.

      Ordered and paid for an item in February.**** got an email with a tracking number saying my item was on the way. Four weeks later the tracking number was still waiting for the item from the company. Contact the company via email. After three emails and a phone call to the company and another Four weeks later, I am told the machine is down and they dont know when a part will arrive.The machine being down shouldnt have have affected my order placed in February and reportedly ready to ship early June. I was asked to call for them to explain. I called four times within a couple weeks and also sent two additional emails. I requested a return of my money as well. I have not received any further communication since early July.

      We ordered 200 shirts for our business at the beginning of June. It was 3 color logo, so $1400. The first proof they sent us had an error. We told them what needed fixed and then waited. No word for a week. We had to call THEM. They said oh, we fixed it, here's the new proof. The proof was approved on June 10. It is now July 23 and the estimated delivery date has been moved out 3 times, now saying 7/29! Every time you call customer service you leave a voicemail and have to pray someone calls back. The communication is appalling. Now I'm reading these other complaints and I'm worried when we finally do get them back they are going to be jacked up and unusable.

      Ordered tshirts from this company. All ~120 shirts were misprinted. With oval shaped logos, ink stains on the shirts, and miscolored printing. There was supposed to be a red bar on every shirt. This bar is closer to pink and is a different shade on every shirt. We used the same file to get shirts made locally and a larger order through this company. The local shirts all turned out great. You can tell the logo on our shirts is stretched an incorrect as soon as you look at the shirt. The ink stains and terrible printing job show there is no QC checks. This was a $1000 order of tshirts.

      I ordered 71 shirts on 4/8/24. Submitted 2 color vector art work supplied from graphic designer, same art work used multiple other times for other shirts ordered. Design is a simple 2 color design on front and back of gray Tshirt. Was originally told they would be delivered 4/29/24, ended up only receiving part of my order on 5/14/24 with part of my design not printed on the back. I contacted customer service was told I would get a refund, that never happed, after a month I contacted again thats when then they just stoped all communication wouldnt respond to emails or calls. Ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company, its currently under investigation.

      We ordered t-shirts for an event Memorial Day weekend. We're quoted a shipping date we'll ahead of the event. They missed the shipping date. When the order finally shipped, they shipped it to the wrong address. I tried working with the shipping company to retrieve the items and deliver them to the correct address, but was told the items were considered lost and I would need to work with the company to get a refund. 5boys is aware they shipped to the wrong address, and has opened a claim with the shipping company. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund. 5boys customer service is unresponsive

      I purchased 100 shirts for $399 on March 21st, 2024, order number *******. The shirts showed up a month later after I had to ask where they were. When they finally showed up, they were crooked and not properly manufactured. The logos started coming off with one cold wash. I returned the shirts through *** on April 23rd, 2024. **** (no last name) in customer service assured me that they would push the replacements through as quickly as possible for the inconvenience. A replacement order was put in on May 1st, 2024. I followed up on May 20th, 2024 and **** told me that the shirts were in production. On June 3rd, 2024, I told them that this has been unacceptable and requested a refund. **** responded on June 5th, 2024, stating that he had been out of the office. I requested again that I want a refund. I have since emailed and called on June 12th, June 18th, and June 24th, 2024 with no responses from anyone. This has been a three month process with no resolution. I am seeking a full refund for my original order.

      I was refunded shortly after I filed this complaint, probably because I told them I was going to take action. You can now close this case, but I would keep an eye on this company's behavior.

      Order Date:14 Nov 2023 Order Number: ******* I contacted 5 Boys to make me some shirts off of some ******** advertising they were doing. I Emailed in for a quote on 100 shirts with the 2 Logos that I needed done on the shirts. They were quick to send back proofs which I approved and got a delivery date of 12/11 and the Delivery date came and went. I asked for an updated delivery date and was strung along. I finally received the shirts on Jan 16th and they were Terrible. None of the logos matched, They were faded as well as all over the place. The Front chest logos were in the middle of some shirts. The back logos were stretched and crooked, I could not use these T shirts for anything as I would be embarrassed to give them away like I wanted to for promotional material. The Shirts were sent back by *** and I was told they would get back to me with a resolution. After multiple attempts to get this resolved they have gone quiet. They have deleted me from social media as well as many other people who have had bad dealings and the same situation.
