  I Slash Patel took my car to Porsche Mobile, AL to fix my car which had an issue with radiator fluid was leaking, i called ahead to let Porsche look out since my car was being from Gulf Shores, AL. I heard nothing for about 1 1-1/2 weeks, I left several messages, no one answered. I called again and spoke to Service Manager ***** *******, whom stated that the price to fix was $****, so i said i have to get it fixed and I'm on a fixed budget, so I would round up monies to get it done. ***** told me that my car will be ready for pick up on May 19th by afternoon. Thursday I called to see if vehicle could be picked up, but no one answers again, I leave a message. I called back on following Tuesday on May 24th, spoke to ***** and she said its ready for pick up, I told her i will pick up next day on the 25th, after arranging a ride. I get there and ***** said they drove my car alot and pressure tested it and everything's good to go, then she stated that there was a slight vibration , i told cant be its got new tires on the car and never vibrated, I asked if I could drive it before i pay, and she said "NO" i had to pay first, I asked the total she gave me a price of $******* I said why so high because i was quoted $****, she said there was another pipe that was broken, (DID THEY CATCH THIS DURING DIAGNOSIS) which i was paying for, they did work that was not authorized. I had no choice but to pay if i wanted my car back so i did, when driving out, this vibration was not a slight, it was banging so hard i felt under my seat, I called ***** and told her they damaged my car and also broke my key and super glued back, she stated come back and they can look at car for the vibration and fix the key. I get to Porsche and ***** takes my key to back of service and disappear's, 20 mins later a man comes to get me and takes me to office and explains it would cost me $**** to fix W/O test driving it?? They denied everything and I'm stuck with a car i cant drive, I want my fixed by them
