    I needed another mobile phone due to the fact my phone ran out of storage. I had to travel to the nearest store in ********** because spectrum closed the store in ********* to its customers and now use it for service vehicles only. After arriving at the store I told the customer service agent I wanted a phone like the one I had which was a moto. He said no you need a ****** phone for more storage and it would only be 5.00 more a month. Little did I know it was a ****** phone which I never would have approved of. Please be aware of these tactics and ask how much the total cost is when they tell you it will be only be 5.00 more a month.

    Spectrum Mobile pulled a fast one on me. I made a brief trip to ******. Before leaving I checked to see if my plan covered service in ******. I was told that it did. No one said anything about extra charges.I recently received a bill that up charged me $45 for the 3 days I was in *******I just got off the phone with customer service and they said that indeed I had "service" in ******, but I should have upped my service temporarily for $10 to cover roaming in ******. I would have certainly done that if I had been informed.A complete bait and switch. I did have service in ******, but they neglected to tell me to pay the $10 to upgrade my service and avoid the $45 added to my bill. It is ridiculous.

    When I moved to an area that spectrum internet didn't service, my cell phone bill jumped from $125 to $200. I changed carriers and was assured I would not be charged for removing 3 of the 4 lines to another carrier for that cycle. Low and behold I got hit with the $200. I called them and they said they do not prorate and the charge is "valid". So basically they lied and stole my money and now I've paid two different carriers for my service. Filthy crooks! Customers beware!

    I signed up for their free cell phone because I was a spectrum Internet customer through my HOA. Before I signed up, I told him the importance of having no extra billing when I travel abroad and I always use an eSIM. He said no problem in a year youll start getting charged. To my surprise, a $500 bill showed up at nowhere. Apparently the gentleman that signed me up in the store didnt tell me, and they didnt text me to say that I just got build $100 for roaming fees when I went abroad and that never happened with T-Mobile. Their policy also is to not add these hundred dollar fees to your bill until you reach five of them. Thats why I got a $500 bill.When I called Spectrum mobile to try to resolve this they didnt want to work with me at all. The whole vibe was too bad you gotta pay. Im Im disputing the ************ in good faith, I called them to explain the situation but I did not want to leave them. The gentleman couldve up sold me the $10 so I wouldnt get charged roaming fees. They couldve seen that they were not emailing me and I was willing to come back if they could just drop the charges.Once again, the rudest people in the world would not help me when I asked the lady to submit a new ticket she says if it gets rejected then thats on me. She was more concerned about her performance review than escalating my ticket. The subsequent supervisor it mustve been her sister had her back and also refused to listen and hung up on me. I was always kind. These charges will be disputed, and these are horrible people with horrible business practice. Remember, they dont add the $500 to your bill until it reaches $500.

    Ordered 17 air and service, received iPhone 17 even though paper work says 17 air, spectrum said I could return and pay the difference even though I was lied to when ordered. Verified agreement before shipment and again said it was the 17 air. How can they get away with this. I was with spectrum ***** many years and internet about 30 years when they were also time Warner, and this is how Im treated. They wouldnt let me exchange phone at spectrum store, must bring to *** Ex. They weee very nasty on conversation.

    Worst mobile phone service ever. Unless you're on wifi 24/7, it *****. Its not worth it. They talk up a good game, but I've had their service for a month and I'm going back to my original carrier. It ***** I have to have my internet through them due to my apartment complex.

    Spectrum is putting in fiber net on our road. They have cut water and internet lines numerous times and our community is the one suffering for their carelessness. I have kids who are school age. I cant even count how many times showers, meals, and laundry have been put on hold because of this company! I will never be using them for anything that they offer now or in the future.

    Switched to another service because of no help with cost of service. Was charged a full months cost of service because I stopped service on the 30th and was told my service ended on the 28th. I feel they stole money from me for 27 days they provided no service. I would have felt better if they at least wore a mask.
