    Rented from Beachball Properties July 2024 to August 2024 Rental was dirty, rugs were dirty with sand burrs so you had to have shoes on. Window panes dirty on the inside. ****** pins (3) were found on the floor. Hair claw clip found on the floor. Bottle of Malibu Rum (3/4 full) found behind the recliner in living room. Dirty under both beds. One bed was broken. Pool was yellow around steps and the bottom. Wad of hair at drain in shower. Air quit working. We were out eating dinner and when we got back temp was already rising. When it reached 86 degrees we left to return to ******** since we were leaving the next day. It was 8:30 pm. When we left I called and left a message that we were leaving because air wasnt working. Never heard from them so I called the next day (Aug2) and asked them about a refund especially for the night air didnt work. Also told I couldnt get in until 4 pm. They have from 10 am check out time to 4 pm to clean. Nothing was done in this rental. I even had to unload the dishwasher because it wasnt done. Our vacation was totally ruined!! After I talked to them they were suppose to call back. I once again called them. They offered me $223.00 and I was told I couldnt put any negative remarks on social media. I told them (the next day) to keep their hush money. After reading reviews online I found this isnt the only complaint due to unhealthy conditions. I have pictures I can send to you if you wish. This ruined our vacation, we have stayed in *********** for the past 3 years. For what we paid it was disgusting. I would like to have a refund for the conditions of the rental and the stress. We were hoping for a vacation, instead we got a nightmare.
