    I have another opinion regarding Servpro. Although initially had issues re completion of reconstruction and difficulty with original contractor, ***********, when I contacted his supervisor, ********************* my issues were addressed and handled. He was aware of the issues and did not attempt to excuse but rather handled well.Dr. *****************************

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! ?I hired Servepro to do the necessary deconstruction, drying out and mold containment for my home after it was flooded by hurricane ***. They completed the deconstruction portion of the job appropriately. After paying thousands to them to remove any remaining moisture and spray for mold; within a few days of the job completion moisture and mold were found in my home. I made numerous attempts to contact them and request a refund for the specific moisture control and mold spraying charges. They have refused any refund. I am extremely disappointed in their work and total lack of compromise to settle this dispute. I would never hire them again. I had to hire another company to come into my home and redo their incompetent job in order to make my home inhabitable again. I do not usually write reviews but felt very strongly that I needed to warn others not to deal with this company.
