      On 11/9/22 a gentleman from oak mountain glass came out to measure for a replacement window on my sunroom. They required a $300 down payment (50%) prior to ordering and said it would be 3-4 weeks. I reached out by email on December 16 and again on Dec 19 as well as multiple calls. They finally answered and said they ordered the wrong size and it would be 3-4 more weeks. I have made several calls since then. I reached out but email yesterday as well because I can no longer leave a message (mailbox is full). If this job cannot be completed within the next 2 weeks I would like a full refund. Thanks for your help on this matter.

      Paid $******** to Isaac as a 50% deposit for a shower enclosure on 11/1/2021. He said 3-4 weeks lead time. Finally reached him 2 months later and he said he was having trouble from the vendor. Months later I finally reached him again. He agreed to refund me the money, but never did so and after several calls asking for the refund, he ghosted me. I went to his place of business and another person was there looking for him for the same reason. Looking at the similar complaints that have popped up, it appears that he was deliberately defrauding folks out of their money. Do NOT do business with this criminal. I will be filing a personal lawsuit against him.

      I gave a 50% deposit $1981.14 (total amount 3962.28) on October 27th for two shower enclosures. I was told that the enclosures will arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Tomorrow (1//05/2022) it will be 10 weeks and they still have not delivered/installed. ***** was taking my calls until the end of the 6th week but now he does not even return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional on Issac's part and I was shocked to see many other complaints on the internet too regarding the same company.
