  My complaint is with Alabama Title Loans,Inc ******* ** **** ****** ****** **** ************** *** *** *** ******** ** *** **** ***** **** **. My problem is I originally got a title loan with this branch back in aug of 2022 with this branch in which I have been making consistent payments even over the amounts and some times extra payments to try and bring it down, I even got down past 1000 at one point and one day i noticed money was consistently being added to my account so for months i screen shot my transactions as well as communicated with the branch worker deborah on multiple occasions who only told me reasons why it was legit for them to be doing things how they were so after months of getting no results on ****/23 of this year i make my payment and then i made an additional payments and I noticed the next morning that my account is back to the original balance so i contact the branch and speak with deborah who continues to give me excuses as always and tells me basically that any time i've made an additional payment outside of my original due date then in a nut shell I'm just GIVING them money and there is nothing that can be done! so I talk to the manager derren I believe is her name and she tells me that deborah has been rewriting my account and was not supposed to be but did not give me a resolution to my problem only attempted to lower me off by texting me asking had I received funds back to my card in which I did not and have not smh so I get a new email with brand new loan documents looking like I have no paid anything at all and I am back to my original contract of loan agreements and payments. Something is not legally right with this branch and I don't have the money to keep giving when I'm trying to get my things in order and they are taking advantage of low income ppl because I know if it's being done to me it is being done to others. I have four children and what they are doing is not right, Please help me resolve this issue. I have uploaded pics.
