We had great service as we purchased our furniture and was told if we purchased the insurance everything would be covered and it would be easy to get something replaced or fixed (they had all the pieces we ordered besides one and we had to wait a good while on it) give it or take 6 weeks. They had all of our other furniture at the store until the other couch came in. When it finally came in we had to wait two more weeks to have it delivered. The love seat that had been at the store got delivered to ** broken, and we started contacting them immediately after we figured out what was wrong and it has been nothing but a disaster since. We have been getting the run around and now are being told they cant come get the love seat they delivered to ** broke to have it fixed. Now we are being told we have to deliver it to them and they will let ** know when its fixed and we have to come back and get it. The issue is you delivered this to ** broken and that love seat got broken in your facility after we had already purchased the love seat. This service is unacceptable, you will NEVER have our business again and we will make sure we tell everyone about this horrible experience!
