I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and just plain horrible company to do business with. First they tried to change the price of the quote that was accepted by the municipality I work for. Thank goodness for keeping emails. Then after agreeing (in an email I later had to provide to their "higher ups") they agreed to 1/2 of the payment up front and the remaining 1/2 once installation was complete, they stated they never do that and would never agree to it. I proved it with the email and they had to go by it. It took SEVEN months for the first shipment to come in. They finally sent installers to do a one week installation and we closed our park for a week. We are now on week THREE and the installers have worked a total of 6 days...mostly on their cell phones doing selfies (we have cameras). We have had to cancel reservations, cancel the inspector 3 times now. The first excuse was the installer had told my maintenance worker that he would not be here the second week b/c he had another job to finish, this was a ***. The second reason was he thought he had ***** , now the excuse is he has M***** P**.....I mean, seriously? I don't believe that at all. This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. WE CERTAINLY DO.
