1 starI was in need of a roof repair. This is not the company that can accomplish this task. I had a leak which they came out and gave me an estimate of $850.00 to repair. The estimate stated: remove 4X6 of damaged shingles from roof surface, inspect for damage decking. What I got was added shingles throughout the roof with no concentration on the 4X6 area. Two days later it rained again and my roof is still leaking. I was told they would be out on Monday or Tuesday but didnt see him until Wednesday. What he added was another ****** which looks as crappie as those added shingles that were added randomly along the roof. I dont know if that ****** has fixed it, I doubt it but I will know as soon as it rains. I do know the original concern I expressed is, a soft spot within that 4X6 area is still soft. I cant have another condescending conversation with him about it because he has informed me he has 30 years of experience and I obviously dont know his business. No wood was added, just about 10 shingles sparingly placed and on second visit an approximately 24flange added for $850. WowReview fromSteve H

Fantastic people from the beginning to the end of the job. They let you know what is needed and see it through to completion. They also have a great crew, they made quick work doing my home as well as a detached garage in 2 days. I would recommend USA Roofing to anyone who needs a pleasant experience getting a roof replacement. I would have given more than 5 stars but that is all I was allowed.USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC

*** Roofing and Gutters replaced a roof and repaired faesher and soffit and reconnected gutter on home I own in **********. They did a Great job and did it for a reasonable price. Had it all done in one day. If you are in need of a new roof give this business a call. They will fix you up. More recently, I was in a desperate need to have the roofing replaced on my house. As you all know, this can be a very stressful moment in ones life when trying to find the right roofing company. One has to be very careful during this time not to fall prey to the charlatans in this type business. Some companies were way to high on cost or too long on a starting date or sometimes both. Some came out and did an evaluation and just never called me back. Lucky for me, I was referred to ********, office manager of *** Roofing. ******** was very welcoming and professional. The following day I met ****************************************. Again, as with ********, **** made the whole process easy peasy. *** Roofings bid was affordable and their work was spot on. This company is GREAT! They did an amazing job on my roof. The crew was on time. Cleaned up the mess and moved everything back where it was before they started. Getting a new roof can be stressful, but not with USA Roofing & Gutters, they take care of everything, so bye-bye worries!USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC

Our sales rep ******* was amazing. He was very nice and informative and if there was something he didnt know he was sure to find out and let me know immediately.
