    I thought I had cancelled the free trial, but then this morning I received a recurring charge, I went in and cancelled it and I realize now I never originally cancelled it because it makes you go through four different offers to just cancel a simple subscription, filed an email and said 3 business days but I need that charge for 63$ refunded sooner then that, just irritating, that I could also not reach anyone by phone either.

    Customer emailed on 3/21/2025 and received a response on 3/21/2025 indicating that the account had been refunded and closed. That was same day response, not sure what else the customer wants. ***** even rated the correspondence and said "It was prompt and appreciated."

    I had been trying to get ahold of this company and still no answer. Was a 2 month trial and I never used it, today woke up to a ***** charge on my bank account. How can you run a company on email alone? I want my money back.****** **********

    Customer emailed twice in 12 hours and received an automated response both times asking her to please allow us ***** hours to get back to her. Someone responded to her first email within the 24 hours and refunded her charge.

    Wanted to try, offer stated 2 week free trial. However company attempted to charge immediately. Will not recommend nor try, as they could not follow through with what they said. In my experience, if they do it once, they will do it again. Sadly, despite it looking decent I wont be a part of fraudulent billing practices.

    Customer was not charged, when signing up, a trial charge of $1 is run and then voided, just to verify payment, which is standard practice with most subscription services.

    I was excited to try the free trial, but it wasn't right for my health needs. I cancelled within 24 hours my free subscription and still got charged $65.96, even though I didn't want the full year subscription. I also sent an email, but haven't heard back. I'm disgusted about the charge of money without an email or a notification from the company. I even called the customer service number, but it's email only. I hope people learn from this company of how to not handle things for their customers.

    Not sure what the customer's complaint is about, she emailed our Customer Success team and they responded and refunded her charge.

    Do not sign up for this! I canceled my plan before the 2-week trial and was still billed $99.98 at the end! I had sent 2 tickets to their support and no response so finally sent an email. The website stated after trial period it was $4.99 not $99.98. I will post several bad reviews on various sites until my money is refunded. Terrible customer service!

    We have one email from this customer, we responded within 24 hours and she was refunded. She agreed to a monthly cost of $4.99 to be billed annually for the dinner plan but she also added the breakfast and lunch plans which increased the cost.

    We tried eMeals. It was ok, but not practical for our family. I got a ton of emails from eMeals. The email I NEVER got was a reminder of a renewal to a membership that I apparently signed up for. So they charged my account with no reminder. I haven't been on it in almost a year. I asked customer service a day or two after the charge if I could get a refund, even a prorated refund. This is the response I got. Thank you for contacting eMeals!We are so sorry that you would like to cancel! We do not refund any portion of a paid subscription, but you can manage your subscription here to avoid any future charges. We are sorry to see you go, but thanks for giving eMeals a try!Have a great day!eMeals Customer Success Team As a business owner myself, it is unethical practice to charge people for something they don't want. Prorate me, but don't charge me for 12 months with no reminder or anything. Just disgusting. Karma is coming e-meals.

    Customer did not cancel her automatic renewal and did not reach out to us until after the renewal fee had processed and our terms clearly state that we do not issue refunds on paid subscriptions.

    Charge 60 dollars for a MONTHLY subscription to a recipe book and refuse any sort of refund?? They are literally taking food from childrens mouths. Id like their business practices looked into. 1.1 stars on BBB MORE than speaks for itself- this company is too immoral to exist in 2024. I knew from the first login that this service was useless to me and paid for giving them a shot to the tune of not affording food this week. It states 5/ month on their site and then they auto charge 60. Shameful.

    The $60 charge is an annual charge, $5/month for 12 months. Customer had to have selected annual billing when she signed up to be charged that amount. Her charge was refunded after she requested review by a manager, even thought she still had not logged on and canceled her account, so not sure what else she would at this time.

    I was charged $45.** for **** I went into my account in apps and did not show no plans or card on file. I contacted them email and was told had 2 account one thru iTunes. Dont have iTunes account. I was emailing back and forth about how to cancel and they totally quit working with me. Now have to go to my bank and get new debit card. They also told me that they do not do any refunds.

    We do not have access to payments made through third parties, ie iTunes, so we are unable to refund those transactions. We do show that the account was canceled 15 days after the charge.
