    When auditing my credit card statements, I found a monthly $28.95 charge paid to "Propertyreportedcom Wetumpka AL." I have no idea what this and see on BBB, others have been similarly charged by this company.     I was billed $1 for a property report. Now, a few days later I noticed a bank hold of an additional $30 for a subscription which I did not agree to.

    There were three transactions on 05/01/2024. Each of these transactions was for $9.95.I have absolutely no idea what these charges are for. This is not the first time that a company by the name of PropertyReported.com has charged my credit card account.

    I used the site to view my property information and paid the company $1.00 fee to do so. There was no information anywhere about recurring or monthly charges, I did not sign up or agree to anything more than the $1.00 fee I paid that day. Then I see they charged my account $28.95 today as a recurring fee???!!! I DID NOT agree to this. This is totally unacceptable, fraudulent, misleading and theft as far as I am concerned. Had I known there was going to be a recurring fee to use the site I would have never signed up or paid anything to use the site. Very misleading to the everyday consumer. Shame on them. I would like my charges to be refunded please. I have contacted my bank as well.

    I have been charged for a 1 year subscription/$28.95 for the last 6 months which I DID NOT sign up for!I just reached out-again- to try to cancel/stop them from charging any more fees from my credit *********** insist I am not in their system.Yet, my credit card company insists it IS them.

    Many months ago I paid $1 for one downloadable report on my house. It appears in looking back on my bank statements this same company that advertised the $1.00 report has been charging me $28.95 every month. I didn't knowingly sign up for anything but the one report for $1. The advertising is false for this company. I have notified my bank today. I did not authorize a monthly charge. I would like a full refund for all the months they have been withdrawing this hidden charge. What a scam!!
