              Well i bought a 2010 mazda 6 in 2021 i payed the car down to 2000 dollars my tail lights didnt work dash board lights didnt work so i try to give ********* a second chance thinking they do me right they sold me 2015 volkswagon passat there was a peice missing to window i got it july 8 and by wed thr car was broke down it had class slithers in vent they told me my car was fixed drop all thr way there for them to tell me they put zip ties on my stuff and to be careful driving it cause they knew it could break back down iam a single women iam not rich they want put me in another car i miss work because of it but they want. A car payment i wnat to know how to get out of my contract with them

              Byrider is by far the WORST car dealership there is!!! I bought my car from them December 2021 within the first week I started having problems. I called the dealership they stated that the shaking that I felt and the sound that it was making came from it being a sports car. When the heat is on it blows heat on one side and blowing freezing cold air on the other. Vice versa with blowing air it blows heat on the other side. They said they have fixed this problem 3 different times but I am still having the same problem after they had my car for 9 days!! When I picked my car up from them and texted laster on that day stating that MY CAR IS NOT FIXED!! Now 4 months later I am without a car because it shut off in the middle of me driving it. This is only "one" of many issues that I have. They only good thing Byrider has is Tyler and that's because he has very good customer service skills. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BYRIDER!!!!!!!!!

              Ms W**** purchased 12.31.2021. Vehicle had 130,791 miles at time of sale. Now, 2 years later, the vehicle has 220,209 miles on it. Most vehicles do require maintenance over 2 years and 90,000 miles.
