Byrider is by far the WORST car dealership there is!!! I bought my car from them December 2021 within the first week I started having problems. I called the dealership they stated that the shaking that I felt and the sound that it was making came from it being a sports car. When the heat is on it blows heat on one side and blowing freezing cold air on the other. Vice versa with blowing air it blows heat on the other side. They said they have fixed this problem 3 different times but I am still having the same problem after they had my car for 9 days!! When I picked my car up from them and texted laster on that day stating that MY CAR IS NOT FIXED!! Now 4 months later I am without a car because it shut off in the middle of me driving it. This is only "one" of many issues that I have. They only good thing Byrider has is Tyler and that's because he has very good customer service skills. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BYRIDER!!!!!!!!!

Ms W**** purchased 12.31.2021. Vehicle had 130,791 miles at time of sale. Now, 2 years later, the vehicle has 220,209 miles on it. Most vehicles do require maintenance over 2 years and 90,000 miles.

I hate the way they do business! I reached out to the service department on June 21st due to loud noise under my hood of my car, multiple service lights on my dashboard, and stalling of my car while driving. He give me an appointment to bring the car in to be checked out for July 10th, yes 3 weeks later from the day I am notifying them about my problem, and knowing it was leaking fluid. They have now had my vehicle for 23 days says they replaced a transmission my car and I picked it up on day 21 after missing several days of work at a time during these week which put my employment at risk and loss of wages and my car breaks right bacc down in less then 24hrs and they came and towed it back to their dealership instead of directly to this super secret transmission shop that where they told me they were having it took back to be fixed (did not fix) I honestly don’t believe they ever sent my car check engine light literature came back on my car making worst noise then it was 6 weeks ago when I scheduled said appointment and I feel like they are putting me in a bind and mess up my credit, my life, my job ! I was given no paperwork showing what my warranty fixed, nor a copy of this new warranty on this new transmission they supposedly replaced they claim it is 12,000 mi or 12 months whichever comes 1st and this is the 1st time I’ve ever had to get work done under my warranty that I was not required to sign a consent for my car to be worked on and he tells me he cannot tell me the name of the transmission shop who has supposedly placed this said transmission in my car nor was I allowed to test drive my car he don’t know which of his mechanics has test drove my car I couldn’t drive offf without making some of my payment and I made a promise to pay agreement to have the remaining $108 tacked on to later payment but was not given any documentation help me please! The GM refused to talk to me yesterday yet me and him are the only two signatures on my contract agreement

Ms C******* has not made a payment since 8.3.2023. She refuses to surrender the vehicle. We have had to file for a replevin. She keeps the vehicle behind a locked gate.
