My family has spent over $4,000 with this company to get a headstone for my little brother. Initially they were very accommodating. Now that it is time for the stone to be set, we were told that we have to be grouped in with other deliveries in the area or pay a very hefty fee to bring his out. Please be aware that you will not be accommodated or worked with after your money is taken by this company We were not “grouped in” when they took our money. Now we are just part of a number. I would not recommend this place. Please seek any where else for your loved ones very special piece Addendum: per mr Jeremiah, the purchaser only gets free delivery according to the company’s schedule, not the buyer. Buyer beware & please know to ask the right questions upfront. It’s a difference in knowing & not knowing & sadly my family did not know any better during our time of bereavement. We were not “misinformed”, we just weren’t told things we should have been by this company

First and foremost, we thank you for your business and we hate that you are not pleased. We have tried to set your brothers memorial and you informed us that the date was not good for you. Then we scheduled another date that turns out not to be good for you.  So, to say that we are not accommodating is in fact not a true statement.

We pride ourselves in not only providing great service, but also being very considerate of our families. Our reviews and track record prove that we take these things very serious.  The monument community is a very small and close-knit profession, and I know of no other monument company that goes out on installs and sets just one memorial. It’s just not logical. Especially in today's world where fuel is extremely high…small businesses would go under very quickly.

For example, does UPS or FedEx deliver one package and then go all the way back to their hub to pick up another, and so on...No, it just doesn't make sense.  This is the first complaint that we've experienced regarding setting procedures.  Most families understand this and have no issues.

We set 20-25 memorials per day and plan our deliveries weeks in advance free of charge to our families.  We do NOT charge setting fees.  The fee you are taking about is what we would charge just to go out and send a crew to set yours and yours alone. This individual fee would cover the fuel, wages for a (2) man crew and any materials or expenses associated with said delivery. There is NO charge if you would allow us to set the memorial when we have it allocated to be delivered. This is a choice that you make, not us.   We strive to be as accommodating as possible with our families, offering dates at least once a month when we are setting loads in that area.

We have explained all of this numerous times over the phone as well as the many different platforms that you've decided to show your frustrations on...Facebook Business Page, Google Business Page, Yelp, Instagram Business Page, and Facebook Paid Ads.  Please consider this matter closed, and we would like for you to please stop pushing an issue that just isn't true.  Again, we thank you for your business and if you would like to speak to me before slamming my business that I pour my blood, sweat and tears into…please feel free to call me (662) 645-0290.
