On May 22 I contracted with them to install a carport. I was told by the contracting agent the carport was going to be installed in 2 to 4 weeks. I have contacted Maan Made Carports over a dozen times to find out when services will be rendered. I was given exact date to have my carport on July 1 2024. I called them at the end of the day when no one showed up. I called the company and I was told my order was loaded in he guaranteed me my carport was going to be installed on July 2 2024. I again called speaking with a female who lied multiple times throughout our conversation. I again asked when my carport was going to be installed and she gave another excuse on why they have not shown up and then again my order was loaded. I asked if my carport was going to be installed on July 3 2024 and the female said we are busy. I then went to the sales office where I ordered the carport and he called Maan Made Carports and he talked to the female and did not get any new information. The sales agent then called the owner of the company who stated he would get back to him. Since I never heard from the sales agent so this tells me the owner of the company never returned his call. I chose this company because their office is within 2 hrs of my home. This was a grave mistake on my part. I have been given the run around way too many times. This company does not even deserve any stars. Their customer support and install department in less than par.
