      I bought a coolster mini jeep from them. Right out of the box this was a bad unit. The frame was not completely welded, chain tensioner was welded on crooked making it undrivable due to the chain being misaligned. The engine was leaking oil from the crankcase only to find out that the block itself was cracked this was all found upon assembling it. Called tribal within my warranty and they done nothing but send a gasket kit and offered a 100$ bit even that they made it impossible to get the 100$ constant run arounds. They refused to take it back after spending 2500$ for it i had to invest another 800 for welding both frame and crankcase. And this was all noted well within my warranty

You received your vehicle in early November, and it wasn't until mid-January—about 9 weeks later—that we were informed of an assembly issue. Once we received your warranty claim, our tech support team promptly ordered the necessary parts from the manufacturer and offered to partially reimburse you for professional repairs. We requested the repair invoice to process the reimbursement, but you declined and asked us not to respond further. Additionally, you mentioned that you had already purchased a replacement vehicle elsewhere before we had a chance to fully assist you. Given the significant time lapse before you raised the issue and the subsequent request for no further assistance, our options were limited. If the problem had been reported sooner, we might have been able to explore alternatives such as a return or exchange. We understand your frustration and regret that we couldn't resolve this to your satisfaction. If you have any further concerns or need additional support, please feel free to reach out.       Making payments on a bike I can’t get tagged as they are giving me a run around about why I don’t have my title yet . Would not recommend getting a street legal option from them . Bad experience. Too late to return for refund so stuck . Lied to by customer service about the situation. Was told more than one story . Still waiting for “manufacturer to reprint my title “

Upon being notified of the issue, we promptly initiated an investigation and discovered that the title was lost in transit. We have been in communication with the manufacturer to expedite the reprinting and delivery of a new title. We understand how frustrating this delay has been for you, and we regret any miscommunication that may have occurred during this process. To mitigate this inconvenience, we issued a partial refund, which you should have already received over a month ago.       Very ugly ugly experience here so i bought 2 coolsters 125cc and paid over $2,000 just to get 1 running bike and 1 not running i order for Christmas gift they arrived just in time but i put it together and found out that 1 looked used and some how it came with high idle i hired atv guy so my kid could finally ride and the bike would not drive its now jan/11 /2024 and am still having to explain to them that what they sent its a used and not working unit at this point i want my money back or my new bike as i paid for now the bike is not turning on and i charge the battery and there trying to say that the problem is electrical meanwhile i have video of the high idle and bike not running while its on. Please Stay away or at least don't order multiple as they clearly don't care

      Hi Edgar, although this matter has already been resolved by the time we've been able to respond to this we would still like to make sure everything is in satisfactory condition. It looks like this review was left in early January and our support team was able to resolve this matter with you shortly after by figuring out it was a clutch issue so a new one was sent out. We're glad that this was able to fix the issue and we hope that you are enjoying your new atv now. We would also like to clarify that we do not sell used vehicles as we're not allowed to by law. We confirmed that the VIN has never been registered and the vehicles that you have are in fact both brand new.       The atv is ok not worth the 2800 paid for but the biggest downfall was you pay for rush shipping and it still took a few weeks and the helmet I bought is out of stock they never even bothered to tell us until we reached out and then we had to take a color we didn’t want I’m not sure we’re going to keep it we may give it back

      This place is great for the price and customer service. I spent several weeks looking around locally for a kids four wheel for my son and have checked out many online websites. The local Honda and Polaris dealers in town wanted about $4,000 out the door. We didn't want to spend that much for him to out grow it in a year or two. Our neighbor mentioned they bought a dirt bike from Tribal Motorsports and had a good experience so we looked into them. After further shopping around online we figured out that there are a few other online sites with better pricing but they have pretty bad reviews and never answered their phones. The first time we called Tribal Motorsports they answered, were really nice, and very patient helping us decide on the right model for our son. For under $1,500 we got a 125cc quad shipped to our house in less than a week. We ordered the fully assembled ready-to-ride package so it was ready to go when it arrived. We've had it now for about 5 months and have only had a small issue that was something we did (hit a tree and popped the tire). We tried to order a new wheel assembly from their support team and they ended up sending us one free of charge. This was a no brainer for us and glad we ordered from them. We will be ordering another one come this Christmas!

      My personal purchasing experience with Tribal Motorsports has been nothing other than amazing. When I originally found the site, I put a couple things in my cart just as a placeholder so I could do some research and figure out if I really wanted to make the purchase. I noticed that I had received an email from Tribal Motorsports that had a discount code inside and personally asked me if I had any questions in regards to my pending purchase. So I did reply and received help with my questions the same day! The staff that I have come in contact with have always been super helpful and willing to accommodate any silly questions I had. The purchase process was smooth. And my purchase, the Ninja 200, quickly arrived days later after submitting my purchase online! Looking forward to future purchases with Tribal Motorsports. I would consider them to be a very reliable seller.

      I rarely leave reviews, but when it comes to buying from various places they hold a majority stake and the ratings they received here almost held me up from making the purchase. With that said, this place rocks! Kart was shipped super fast (less than 1-week) but I only received (3) tires and nope didn't order a trike. Tribal MotorSports responded to my claim request that same day and the customer support I received was legit- a genuine respect for their customer base. Put it this way, although, the issue couldn't entirely get resolved (given the lack of cooperation from a 3rd party) I'm still taking the time to write a 5/5 review. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from Tribal MotorSports. Just an FYI for those of you who have lives - make sure you inspect and report any issue of your item within 3-days of receiving it. My kart was delivered on a Wednesday and I didn't get the chance to first open the crate until Monday (6-days) - Policy pertaining to the manufacturer, COOLSTER- who I would not give a 5/5 review too. -Adam

We've researched your information and noticed that you purchased the atv over a year ago. We can see that you asked for help on July 24th, 2022 and we responded to your email within 24 hours directing you to our support team. We can see that you never replied or reached out to them. Again, it saddens us to hear this but if you do not communicate with our support as we advised a year ago then there's only so much we can do. It's unfortunate that instead of communicating with our highly-rated support team and getting help you instead decided to write a review on this platform. Regardless, we would still like to provide you with assistance. Even though the warranty is well expired, we will gladly still provide you with what you need.       Im very dissatisfied I ordered a UTV from tribal Motorsport When the UTV was delivered it was already damaged and wouldn’t start. I filed a warrant claim but didn’t give the VIN number. I’d spoken with Jacob about the UTV never working so regardless of the VIN number I’ve had contact with this man and he knew the UTV never work now I have a 6k investment in my garage that’s a statue. My recommendation is don’t buy from this company unless you want a statue This company doesn’t stand by their product save your money and go else where and buy a UTV from a company that values their customers and makes sure that it at least works.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with our product and that you feel we didn't provide adequate support.
      We do our best to provide timely and effective customer service, and we're sorry if we fell short in this instance.

      We understand that you had some concerns with the utv regarding a starting issue (December 27th), and we did immediately reach out to you to offer assistance the same day. You stated that you would provide us with the VIN and we did not hear back from you. We also followed up in January we also didn't receive a response from you until 4 months later (April 7th).

      Unfortunately, by now your 90 day warranty has well expired and there were wasn't an extended warranty purchased. However, we still offered to help you in anyway we can including offering to pay to have a local repair shop diagnose/fix the vehicle. Once again, we did not hear back from you until this BBB complaint.

      We would still like to try and resolve the issue if possible, and we encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss the matter further. We value your feedback and want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their experience.

      Not recommended very poor customer service and product cheap all atv poor quality not worth money don’t spend money on warranty waste of money assembly very poor pay extra atv failing apart not worth it i regather pay more money get name brand like Honda or other this company should be investigated for how the do customers not recommended at all
