    The warranty clearly does not cover concrete as far as sidewalks and driveway. However they said that my walk through was supposed to identify any issues with the driveway. There were no surface visible issues however after 10 months in my home I had a crack all the way from the left to right side of the driveway. The crack is in the first 10 ft of the driveway which should have been reinforced with rebar. Rausch and Coleman refuse to even check to see what the cause was. If they used a poor contractor or there is a defect in the material due to the way they constructed my driveway they should take responsibility. They do not care about the customers and they are not actually upholding the standards they have set for their company's core values. I have not been impressed with any builder and you are better off taking out a loan in finding the contractors individually yourself.
