Hey Lennar, mortgage Company and the builders are scammers. They will rip off no matter what they will keep claiming that you guys need additional documents and drag your closing days close and then they will increase the closing cost and your interest rate by the time of closing. you are too late to get your ******* money back or look for a private lender with a better rate. Specially, these loan officers are dishonest and they dont care about their customers. Also, their house is a cheap materials and they dont even provide the shower doors for bathroom or any window blinds for the house. Do you a favor Please dont shop at Lennar house is no matter what. Thank you!

Lennar homes did a terrible job in pouring the concrete in my driveway and patio. I was told by the young man who did my walkthrough that he was going to come back and fix the patio but he never did. I closed on my home on December 19, 2024 and as of today I have not seen or heard from Lennar. This makes me have second thoughts about purchasing with Lennar Homes. Ive walked to see other neighbors driveways and their driveways are perfect.

I work for Lennar currently as a Construction Manager. No sort of work life balance exists for this company. Youre fully expected to work 60+ hours a week including the drive to whatever community they ship you off to with no regard for your place of living. Theres a community 10 minutes from me that I was moved out of to a community over an hour away, all of this for below the national average salary. Theyve made bonuses smaller, while also making them harder to achieve and management has no interest in helping out their employees unless it negatively impacts them. I wouldnt recommend working here.

Lennar is a company that does not stand behind its product, but always seems to find a way to avoid responsibility for poor quality materials or shoddy workmanship. I have a number of cracked and chipped pavers and if you don't report them immediately you are told sorry not our problem. My unit even had a wall switch missing that controlled the lights in one room - not faulty just not put in and the electrical wire for that switch was sitting in another wall. I don't think the home was inspected before I moved in - how can you not notice a missing wall switch to turn on lights. Please understand that if you purchase a Lennar home don't expect the kind of service you get from most builders. When you spend the kind of money that you do today in a home you should expect more. All these one star reviews can't be wrong and they tell a tale of a company that is all sizzle and no steak.

One star is too high. Wish I could select in the negatives. Lennar is the definition of **** & *****. We’ve had non-stop issues since the day we closed. No hot water, replace water heater elements, flooding in downstairs bathroom, mismatched flooring when replaced, roof shingles flew off, improper nail placement found on all roof, no documentation or record sent of work done..just a verbals “it’s done”, stove broke..assigned repair team never showed, and customer service reps who send you emails saying you’re scheduled for a repair appointment when the work has already been completed… one after another after another and sometimes overlapping issues. Waiting for it to end, but don’t think it ever will! They should be called Circle Homes with all the corners they cut during building. NEVER BUY A LENNAR HOME.

I gave Lennar builders $2500 toward purchase to a townhome ************** Fl over 4 months ago. I was not approved for the loan. I tried to get my refund back from lennar since loan was denied. They wont even answer my calls. Im so disgusted and frustrated. Lennar refuse to give the money back to me. Please be aware of giving any down payment to Lennar. They are crooks and I am bringing this further involving ****. I give Lennar No stars. The people I dealt with were all zero stars. They were pushy and just wanted money for them to look like they are being pruductive. GIVE MY MONEY BACK THEIVES!!!

My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a home from Lennar Homes in the Clift Farms area of Huntsville/Madison, Alabama. After initiating the paperwork and providing $1,000 in earnest money, we reevaluated our decision and came to the conclusion that we did not believe Lennar to be an honest company. The townhouse we were interested in was originally built by Breland Homes and featured numerous upgrades, including crown moldings, custom cabinetry, and high-quality glass and wood finishes. However, Lennar subsequently deleted these features from their models and online listings, yet failed to significantly reduce the price. When we decided not to proceed with the purchase, Lennar's sales team was pushy and rude, and their realtors seemed to be coached to respond to questions with vague statements. After requesting the return of our earnest money, we were met with a series of delays and excuses, including the claim that the check was in the mail. Eventually, we were asked to sign a release form, which we later discovered was actually a form authorizing Lennar to retain our earnest money. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, we were informed that the form was legally binding and that our money would not be returned. As a result of this experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Lennar, as their business practices appear to be dishonest and misleading. Yahoo Mail - Email Simplified

I purchased a new Lennar home in ******* in 2022, and many of the tiles have developed hairline cracks. It appears Lennar failed to install an anti-fracture membrane between the subfloor and the tile. They attribute the cracks to normal settling, but after speaking with neighbors, I learned that others have experienced similar issues due to the missing membrane. Lennar closed my ticket without providing a resolution or explanation, other than stating it is not covered under warranty.

I brought a home from Lennar Homes and I starting to regret it; after having snow I notice my driveway and pavement started crumbling. I put in a warranty order in to my surprise was told I should have my driveway sealed. Like this is not my first home purchase I never brought a new home without everything being sealed correctly. Why would I need to sealed a driveway after all the money I paid at settlement on a new home. Lennar need to build the homes correctly rather than fast, Also Lennar needs to honor there warranty's & stop trying to blame the customers. I was also told by ***** ******** that leaving snow on the driveway & using salt can cause this, I can assure I as the homeowner did not leave snow on my property or use harsh chemicals like salt. Lennar blaming the homeowner instead of honoring the warranty is crazy this was not my first complaint since going to settlement on May 31st, 2024. Lennar building these homes too fast & when a homeowner has a work order they try to put the blame on the homeowner who worked very hard to purchase their home. My ******************* isn't the only one crumbling my next door neighbor is as well, Lennar needs to do better this is a disgrace & very unprofessional. I need Lennar to honor the warranty & do what's right!!!

Terrible Warranty Service – Stay Away from Lennar! I recently purchased a brand-new home from Lennar for over $400,000, and within one week, several shingles fell off the roof. When I contacted Lennar’s warranty department, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism from a representative named Taylor Giddings. She was rude and dismissive, immediately blaming the issue on a storm and refusing to honor the warranty. Despite my efforts to explain that I had a professional roofing inspector confirm the shingles were improperly installed and not glued correctly, Taylor told me it was the roofing company’s responsibility and abruptly closed my ticket without resolution. When I asked for it to be reopened, she outright refused. Lennar’s so-called "warranty protection" is a ****. Even though my home inspection at closing verified the roofing installation, Lennar refuses to take responsibility. It’s been two days, and my ticket remains closed, with no response from their team. I am now consulting my lawyer regarding this situation. Do not trust Lennar! If this is how they treat homeowners in their first week, imagine what happens down the line. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!
