I purchased a motorcycle cover for $90 with a 5 year warranty and it lasted 18 months . All they would do is give me a pro rated 50% discount . The cover was totally destroyed in 1 year. I think this company is a scam and their customer support is terrible. I could not see paying more money for a cover that was inferior. I replaced it with a NEVERLAND cover for $26 . Please avoid the hassle.CoverAnything

2 starsIn May I purchased the Shorefit Platinum 1200 boat cover. I was happy when I received it as it was the right color and fit OK though far from what a custom cover would. I was thrilled with the 12 year warranty figuring if it failed at some point, even if they prorated it, it would be worth buying. To top it off the reviews on their website were all very good. I should have realized they were actually too good to be true. I live in Michigan and even in the summertime we generally do not get as much heat and sunshine as most of the rest of the country. After 2 months of this cover being on the boat the maroon color was noticeably fading on all upper surfaces. By November approximately 50% of the color was gone and the cover looked terrible as it retained some color on the sides and much less on the top. I reread the website and it said the cover had UV treatment for long term protection from UV rays. Yesterday I called customer service and shared about my dissatisfaction with the extreme fading that had taken place in only 6 months of being on my boat. The lady I spoke with said fading is not covered under the warranty. She said only materials and workmanship were. I shared that the online description said the cover was UV protected which to me meant it would not fade which is a result of UV rays. I told her the failure of the UV protection resulted in a faded cover and that was a materials issue. She assured me it was not then asked me if the cover was keeping the rain out. I said it was and she then said my cover was fine. I asked her if they had received other complaints of faded covers and she admitted they had. I read where others on here were concerned because there was no where on their website where one could leave a review. We were directed to their site and all ai can say is that unsurprisingly there really is no where to leave a review I strongly recommend one to understand that it is risky to buy from this company. I recently bought a boat cover from coveranything.com. After waiting a couple weeks to receive it when the website said it would ship in the next 24 hours, I found that I was missing the stern straps. I didn't think it would be a huge deal, but I tried to contact them many times and have yet to hear back from anyone. You would think they would at least contact me to see what the problem is. Apparently they care nothing about the customer after they get their money. And as for the fit, the cover was supposedly made for my boat, but it was not a very good fit.CoverAnything

Cover did not fit vehicle. Was told in a rude email. Cover sent was for make and model. Said some models have a bumper closer to the ground. And this Cover was only to go halfway down the wheels. Unfortunately they cannot refund nor replace due to the 30 days return policy had expired. In other words was told "sorry about your luck, do not reply" Left Cover on car and it rained and yep. Had a leak at a seam. The white fibers beneath the Cover came off on the convertible top as well. Shipping took 5 weeks. Your order is from May of this year, our site very clearly states our return policy is 30 days. I am sorry that you are unhappy with our product, had you contacted us in June we would have been more than happy to assist you. -- Customer Excellence Team Never buy anything from this company. I felt like these guys misled me and then on the way out screwed me for a 20% restocking fee. I was looking for a Noah Car cover. Type in "Noah car cover" in google. The third hit is Cover Anything with a description of the Noah Car Cover and a price. As it turns out, Noah is no longer in business yet is listed on its website. I placed two orders and after realizing it was of inferior quality I got an RMA. One of the boxes they sent was bulging at the seems because the had stuffed too many items in it and I called and asked if it was ok if I used a larger box to return and they said the was fine. I sent it back...they received it on 9/1/23. I asked several times on the status of my refund and they kept saying it was pending. I final received a refund a week later less a 20% restocking fee and when I asked she claimed it was because "I didn't have a good reason for returning it..." Meanwhile...all over there website is this bs about easy returns: "We know shopping online can be nerve-wracking. Am I going to like it? Is it going to fit? We think the answers to those questions will be a resounding "YES", but if we're wrong, we make your life easier with easy returns. If you don't like your purchase, just contact our helpful customer support team and they'll gladly assist you. Our return & exchange policies are designed to give customers peace-of-mind and complete satisfaction on any purchase from Cover Anything." "If you don't like your purchase....." Well I didnt. Dear Sir, you are correct, the Noah fabric has been discontinued by Covercraft. We continue to list the fabric and advise customers that it is no longer an option from Covercraft but we do offer all of the other Covercraft fabrics as one of their trusted partners. Our return process is easy and there are never restocking fees if the cover is returned due to fit or a mistake on our part. However, you purchased covers and then, without opening the package or trying on your vehicle, decided to return. We have significant costs associated with shipping our products to your home as well as paying to return them to our warehouse. We must charge restocking fees in this instance to keep our prices as low as possible for other customers who do not place frivolous orders. I ordered the solar X cover for my truck. The description and what I actually received was off. This cover is paper thin . Also I chose this specific cover because its supposed to protect your paint from harmful UV rays from the sun that fades your paint. Tried it today and it was a 24 degree Celsius day. Warm but certainly not hot hot and I lifted up the cover and the the truck body was hot to touch. It's like it had no cover on it at all. My last reflective cover this was not an issue. The body was cool on hot days. The cover did its job . Unfortunately the company no longer in business . This cover is way to thin , it's no wonder it doesn't work. Nice and lightweight and easy to put on anyway.CoverAnything

The temperature of your vehicle's surface is not indicative of the protection you are receiving against ultraviolet rays that cause fading, chipping, and peeling. Boat cover did not fit properly. Is definitely not towable. 3 of the 9 buckles would not hold when I tightened them, and would pop loose when rain started collecting on the top, making the cover loose and basically turning the boat into a kiddie pool. When I contacted customer service, I was told "water is very heavy" and that I should buy their special poles to hold the cover up. These might be the only things more useless than the cover. They fall apart at the slightest inkling of pressure. After only 2 summers (I store my boat indoors, uncovered in the winter), the once bright blue tarp is now extremely faded an has dry-rotted and ripped in 2 places. Their website says to leave a review, but there is nowhere to leave one, although there are many 5-star reviews you can read....on their website. Do not waste your money.CoverAnything

They sent the wrong size cover, it doesn't fit and they wont exchange it. the lady was rude. said there was nothing they can do and didn't even ask what size was sent or offer to help out a all. stay away from this company!! I work in the auto and classic car industry and they have shot themselves in the foot here. If there was a negative star, they would get that!CoverAnything
