1 starRip-off Don’t Buy from this Company. Purchased cover order for my VW THING in August of 2022 within a couple of months the cover had deteriorated. Made a claim for a replacement with photos of the cover. My claim was rejected by CoverAnything, reason for the rejection was because they said the cover was exposed to excessive heat. I am located on the California Central Coast on the ocean heat never gets over 70 and that’s very infrequently. Their warranty is worth nothing.Review fromChris S

1 starDid not help me with a boat cover with a 12 year warranty that ripped after 6 months awful customer service they said the rip didn't meet warranty and close the case and after I wrote them again and again never heard back from them. Simply terrible I would not recommend them at all very dissatisfied. They asked for pictures of the Rip and tags on the cover I sent them and they said thanks what is this in regards to after we have been emailing each other multiple times hello what do they think it's in regards to the piece of crap they sell and don't back no matter what warranty you have 12 years ya right more like 12 seconds so disheartening to think you can trust a 12 year warranty and they treat you like that poor experience shame on you cover anythingReview fromGreg G.

In March 2021, I purchased one of their Shorefit covers for a boat with a supposed 12 year warranty. The cover didn't even last a year and half before it was dry rotted and ripping. The tear is at the top of the windshield. They asked for pictures of the cover installed and the tear, to which I sent them. This was their response "The damage in the photos you provided are consistent with water damage, not a manufacturing defect. The warranty is effective from the date of the initial purchase and only one warranty claim may be submitted per original purchase. We take great pride in our covers and 99% of them withstand years of outdoor use with no issues. As such, your claim has been denied and we consider this case closed. Below we have included a link to our warranty terms for your reference. Really?? Water damage at the top of the windshield where water doesn't collect? Don't waste your money with this company, their warranty means nothing!!CoverAnything

Dear Mr. W******: The photos clearly showed that water was allowed to pool in the low spots of the cover, creating significant pressure/weight on the areas supporting the cover, leading to your cover ripping due to the weight of the water. We always suggest using support poles to allow the water to shed from the cover for this specific reason. Our warranty does not cover tearing or ripping due to water standing in the cover, as no fabric can withstand such repeated stresses. Sincerely, CoverAnything.comReview fromSamantha E

Bought a cover from this company with the help from an associate only to find out it is way to big for my boat and would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for a mistake that they made. Also didn’t receive any emails containing the shipping info until I received an alter from FedEx and called them to make sure it was from them. Worst company to buy from would never recommend to anyone.CoverAnything

Ms. E****, we never charge a restocking fee unless a cover is returned to us with excessive damage or is excessively dirty. The item you returned to us was covered in grease and dirt and had to be destroyed due to the condition it was in. Nearly all of our customers return items in clean/undamaged condition and are never charged a restocking fee for their returns. Sincerely, CoverAnything.comReview fromKevin F

In 2019, I purchased one of their 12 year boat covers. I recently uncovered the boat for the season and discovered the cover started tearing. It was clearly dry rotted. I submitted a claim, which was denied because of "significant water damage". What good is a 12 year warranty on a boat cover that should be designed to withstand rain and sunlight without deteriorating in less than 3 years? Needless to say, I will not be ordering another product from this company again simply because of their bogus warranty they offer. If you are purchasing a cover and are keeping it in an enclosed storage area, you shouldn't have an issue. Otherwise, don't bother purchasing it because it will not last.CoverAnything

Mr. Floody, we stand behind our products and our warranties. However, our boat cover warranty states that the cover must be supported by poles or a support system to prevent water from standing on the cover. Water creates an immense amount of weight which can tear the fabric and/or the seams of the cover, as well as cause degradation of the fabric if it is constantly wet and unable to dry between periods of inclement weather. CoverAnything, as well as all cover manufacturers, include such language in their warranties. We did offer a discount on a new cover to you. Sincerely, CoverAnythingReview fromAngela S

Ms. S*******: We do apologize for the item being backordered. I am not sure why you had such difficulty reaching us - our team is available 8am-5pm CST Monday through Friday. We reply to all emails we receive and call customers back when they leave a message (if we don't answer due to call volume). We did refund your purchase price immediately upon your request, and our agents are sincere in their desire to help and assist our customers. Again, you have our sincerest apologies. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.Review fromJohn h

I ordered the pontoon boat cover and received with no issues. It was, however, bigger than what their add stated. It does not fit perfectly on my boat. I've had it for 1 year and its starting to come apart at the seams. I have contacted the seller via email on March 20, 2022. They requested I send pics. I did send them pics on March 26, 2022. Then they sent me an email requesting pics of the cover on the boat. I sent them those as well. On 4-9-2022, I sent an email asking if they received the pics and the status of the warranty issue. On 4-11 they said they got the pics and would be reviewed by their warranty dept. I have sent several more emails to see what the holdup is. Today is 5-9-2022, and I have not gotten an answer from them. DO NOT buy from this company. Bad customer service, they don't get back with you and as of this posting, they are not honoring their warranty. Order your boat covers elswhere.CoverAnything

Mr. ********* we have looked into our communications with you to make sure that your issue has been addressed. We emailed you that we would be sending repair materials for your pontoon cover, and you indicated you would give those a try. I hope this does resolve any issues you are having. Please be assured that we stand behind our products and our warranties, and I apologize for how long it has taken to reach a solution for your case. Please give us a call or email if there are any other issues you may have in the future. Sincerely, CoverAnything.com.
