      CARDS has never once picked up our trash or recycling without us calling them to do so, and never on the scheduled pick-up day. We have had service for more than three months. I would strongly advise against using them.

      The absolute worst service ever! We had trash service with another company for over 25 years and they closed and CARDS bought them out….I have had to call them every month for random charges they just decided to tack on….they pick and choose a couple of trash bags to take and then leave the rest….you call and call and half the time you can’t get anyone to even answer the phone! I mean….is this actually how people do business these days? It’s amazing that they are even still operating.

      We were never contacted about out pick up date being changed. Then 2 plastic trash bins were delivered that were not asked for. I told them to come get their 2 plastic bins for we did not want them. I was told that we could not use the 3 metal 55 gal barrel trash cans with lids. And I clearly told Cards that we no longer wanted their service. We have used those can for over 20 years and was not going to use their plastic ones. I wa told it would take 24 to 48 hours for the plastic bins to be picked up. Fast forward to the next week and those plastic pins were still here. Called again and told Cards to come pick their bins up. I left to run some errands and when I returned our 3 metal 55 gal drum cans with lids were gone. Those were our cans that we paid for and have never belonged to any of the trash services we have used over the 20 pluse years. Cards was call and told to return our cans with lids. We were also told our check would be mail back to us as soon as Cards received it. Well that was a lye too. They tried to cash it making us having to put a stop payment on it. All we want is our cans with lids returned. There was never any contract or anything on the billing we received stating that we had to use the plastic bins. Their customer service is rude. We'll hang up on you. They recognize a number they will not answer. I would never, ever ever recommend using this company for your trash pickup.They are horrible they are awful. And you are lucky if they even pick your trash up too.

      My trash cart was stolen the very same day the trash was picked up on April 1, 2025. My bill is automatically deducted from my checking account every 3 mo. They told me my cart would NOT be replaced unless I pay $75 for a new cart. My pmt of $79.14 was deducted from my account on March 13, 2025 for 3 mo. of service. I will NEVER EVER use this company again!!!

      The worst service. I’m trying to get a refund for a service I didn’t get. And they still pre-bill me for the next quarter after I’ve canceled. This whole place is a scam. They show up to pick up trash at one time every three weeks on random days. They don’t deserve the one star Truly the worst service I’ve ever had of any company No idea how they stay in business

      I asked for a full refund because they kept skipping my trash, someone put in the system that I paid by check when I paid by card. So I had to have a check mailed. No problem, almost a month later I still haven’t received my check. I don’t have the luxury of swallowing that money or affording a new trash service until I get this refund back. So now I have trash piling up thanks to CARDS. Yall are TERRIBLE. Like bad.

      Terrible service!!! Do not use Cards!! They miss picking up trash frequently. They also have poor billing service. Call to cancel service, get told service is canceled. Then get billed for 3 months of service bc they still have your card info. Then when you ask for your money back they take weeks to give anything back then want to keep your money for picking up their own carts. Terrible company, terrible service. Don’t give them your card info.

      The waste management company that I had used for years was bought out by cards recycling. I set up automatic payments with my credit card so it would be paid automatically on a monthly basis. The payments started out at $23 per month. Then out of nowhere my card was charged $23.23 without any notice that rates were changing. Then the company notified customers that automatic payments would be deducting our accounts every three months instead of every month and this was not a problem. The new deduction would be 69.69 for three months, okay not a problem. The next auto payment was in the amount of $71.78 for three months and I let it go even though they gave no notice for the extra charge. Okay three months go buy and the next deduction from my credit card was $75.37 and this deduction came almost 10 days before I received a statement that had no notice of increase of payment. We had called three months ago to ask why the increase in fees and the person did not know why. We also asked not to charge our credit card for extra charges until we were notified. This call did nothing in changing their business practices. I called again today which is three months later from the first call. I asked about extra charges and why we were not notified before they charged our credit cards for extra fees. They said prices of everything has gone up so they had to raise their prices. She also said they are not required to notify customers of increases in monthly charges. I have removed my credit card from their automatic payment system so they can send me a bill and I will write them a check and send it by mail. If my bill goes up without explanation then I will cancel their services and go to another company. Furthermore I also read on their website somewhere that once you pay them for three months service and you cancel that they will not reimburse you from that point on. So if you are charged before you realize they have overcharged you, tough luck for you.

      well they have billed me and my wife for 120.00 stating they dropped off a receptacle on 9-16-24 which they never did .now i just got off the phone with Amber they will not even provide the supervisors full name. But now they say we owe only 45.00 for nothing at all.. very poor company. They also stated they purchased our account from republic waste.. after speaking with republic who says they do not sell accounts to others. This is a complete scam..

      They raise rates without any notice. They also make you pay 3 months in advance so you have no control over what is charged on your credit card auto draft payment.
