The customer service personnel wanted to debate, argue, and demean me as a customer with the problem I had with my two (2) firearm purchases, i.e., CCP M2 .380 caliber auto pistol. After explaining the problems with BOTH firearms, he (*******?) wanted to debate, argue, and demean me as to the issue surrounding them. When I asked on several occasions, he REFUSED to provide the name of his supervisor. He resorted in telling me (the customer) "to calm down," when I was getting frustrated with his lack of professionalism. When his lack of professionalism and composure starts to fail, he sarcastically said, "this call is over." Walther HAD a good reputation for fine quality firearms. And any product is ONLY as good as the "after purchase" customer service that is offered IF needed. IF this is an example of "good customer service" I will definitely pass on any future Walther purchase. (Follow-up -- about an hour after my phone to the corporate office (I had to look it up myself since ******* refused to provide it) I received a phone call from a gentleman named "******"(?) who advised he was the director of customer service. He apologized to me and said he "would look into this." We shall see IF he gets back to me about any corrective action taken??!)
