      I am not satisfied. I've had my vehicle 1 month and 2 weeks now and it's already been towed. Now my car is completely inoperable qnd it's electri sl issues. I know I purchased the vehicle as is but ethical and moral practices are a must! This vehicle was sold to me with electrical/computer issues. I've called the company and they won't service the vehicle without the account being current. I refuse if I have to pay to have the car fixed as well. Again. I've only had the vehicle a month and couple weeks. I've asked for thr company to come pick up the vehicle as it's at my mom's inoperable and can't be locked. No power to the vehicle, so anyone has access to get in. I'm not satisfied and will be contacting counsel to assist me with this. I love my vehicle, which h is why I chose it but I chos2 it thinking I would be able to enjoy it.

      My Name is Ms.Brown from Lake village Arkansas I bought a 2019 Dodge Challenger from John gibson auto It was a rainy evening and I went looking for a vehicle so the salesman talk me into getting the black Challenger so I put 5000 down payment 685 a month once I got home the next morning look around the car both mirrors was broke they had black duck tape on both of them inside was a mess glasses holder was broken 3 lights came on on the dash driver side window stop working within a week and I call several times about the car and my salesman promise to come pick it up and fix the problem or let me pick another ride neither one ever happened so I felled behind on my notes trying to to fix it myself and ask for a payment plan they said no then they repossessed my car 30 miles from my house with my phone wallet everything in my car so I had to walk to the nearest station to make a call to my hometown for a ride and they charge me 30,000 for that car and everything possible was wrong with that car now I'm trying to get the car back and no one would talk with me this the 3rd vehicle I had gotten from them the first one they came got it because something went wrong with it the second one caught fire while I was driving it the fire cheif said the back axle caught fire I've just had a bad experience with John Gibson once they get your down-payment they treat you like garbage I can make my payments if they can sell me a vehicle that actually work for the price they charging...And John Gibson and Cannon Finance is the same people And the women that work in the office is really rude to the Customer 30,000 car 5,000 down payment 685.00 payment 225 insurance for a Lemon for those numbers the car should be brand new....

      And they deserve zero stars. I bought a car from them the end of August 2022 by February, five months later the transmission went out. I had to pay over 4000 to have this repaired, the car was struggling to accelerate at 40 mph, but I was told that that was just the new transmission adjusting to the car. As time goes on, it’s get worse and worse. It got to the point where it will not go in reverse, won’t accelerate at all. The car is completely undrivable. I am now being told they’re not sure what shop they took my car to to be repaired and I’ve been getting the runaround about a warranty that should be on a transmission that I just purchased. Although now I’m being told, they took the car elsewhere my car with swipe in their office to pay for the service. Angela at the John ****** office was very condescending and extremely rude from day one when I called about this issue. After I was cold transferred to her and explain what was going on, in her words, she said “she don’t care because her car is well-maintained” Since initially contacting them about this issue, no one can give me any answers, still to this day about a warranty or repair my car, but I do get calls about the car payment, but not about the bigger issues of the car that is undrivable. There’s no way a car that I had for 13 months. Had the transmission to go out twice when the car is only used to take my kids to and from school primarily. Never even been driven out of town more that 50 miles away from my home. I need answers on the warranty for the transmission that I purchased or refund for a job not done. I’ve taken my car elsewhere and was told that the transmission was just sat in the car with no stabilizer or other parts that are needed for a transmission, I was told by Chastin at John ****** that he don’t believe that but he’s also the same person that was not sure where the car was taken to be serviced, so I don’t know how he would know what the shop did or didn’t do.

      I have used John Gibson Auto Sales for my last 2 vehicles, and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Kyle M******* was a remarkable salesmen, and knowledgeable in each vehicle I was interested in. The folks in the office made filling out paperwork efficient and easy. 0 issues in the several years I’ve dealt with them.

      I am going on my 4th purchase here and can’t tell you in words how much they have helped me. The salesman and management I’ve dealt with have always been there for me when I’ve needed to ask or understand something better.

      Worst place to ever get a car from ! The receptionist was so rude she was basically talking over me and yelling at me ! Couldn’t even tell her my problem and they lie so much Worst car lot ever !!!!!!!!! I have the money to get my car but they won’t let me come get it

      I've bought 4 vehicles (over a period of 12 years) from them and I've never had a problem. The salesmen have always been courteous and the secretaries have always been friendly.. I've never had any problems with any of the vehicles. When and if I ever decide to trade my present vehicle I'll be dealing with them.

      Spent my savings to get the bike of my dreams and got duped.rode the bike 4 times in the shop twice .the last time was there for 6 weeks n I still made my payment .lied about call backs time n time again .never felt any value as a customer .worst feeling in the world .finally told them to just keep it .frustrated n lied to numerous times .robbed also
