I went into golden grotto yesterday with my kids. ** **** *** ********* *** * *** ****** ** ******* ** ******** We went into the store with the intent to buy Halloween things. We've been buy a bunch at spirit Halloween. My kids love golden grotto. Not yesterday! Sunday, October 1st 2023. The manager seen my ******** daughter trip over the balloons that they had floating right in the middle of the room. He came over jerked it put from her feet about caused her to fall again. He then walked away. 3 minutes later he came back and jerked a chucky doll away from her with me her mother. ( I look *****) standing right beside her. He said to her as he jerked it from her hands, " let Me see that doll. " I grabbed my kids up and left. I called the store today at 10:56am and spoke to the same man that identified himself as the manager after taking 5 minutes of silence to respond to me after asking to speak with a manager. I told him what I seen him do. He said I didn't know you were her mom. That doll is 200 dollars! I said now your assuming we didn't have money to pay for that doll! Who told you that? " I ask him". Who told you that doll she was carrying around wasn't going to be bought! He stayed belligerent even as he apologized as to say" I just want you to shut up lady kind of tone. " I am very angry! I will no longer do business with golden grotto!
