I've been using Priority 1 for a few years now. Shaun and Dan (Boston) could not be nicer or more helpful! Have never had an issue where a shipment was billed differently than what was quoted. They are always available if something arises. 99.5% of the time they are cheaper than going to the carrier directly, and as a bonus, I don't have to make up a BOL or pallet label myself!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a broker.Priority 1, Inc.

Our company ships freight that very delicate and difficult to move. Priority1 allows us to ship with confidence knowing that our freight is in good hands. Shaun and Dan are extremely helpful and insightful. They always answer my calls and emails quickly. The team at Priority 1 always takes great care of us. Our freight requires several changes and updates along the way to have drivers meet up with service techs & forklift at destination. Brock is a great communicator & they just get it done for us repeatedly. Also are helpful with our recent international freight.Priority 1, Inc.

I have been using Priority1 for about 6 months now and I could not be happier. They are 100% attentive, do not harass or bother me, and handle all my issues immediately and smoothly. The portal for booking is intuitive and simple, and they have made my life as a shipping manager easy and stress free when it comes to my freights. This company will harass and drive you crazy with sales calls and emails, always the same nonsense that they will save me money, when they have no clue what I even pay. I have asked this company repeatedly to stop contacting me, and they do not, so far 8 different sales representatives have either stopped in or email me over the last year, all of which I told to have us removed, even called and emailed corporate....it never stops!! Why would I ever consider doing business with a company that cannot follow one simple request.Priority 1, Inc.

Cold call you begging for business. Literally dozens of calls. Offer you a great price up front on LTL then come back at you for variance which is beyond the pale. Literally 3X the original freight costs. Not a company I will ever do business with again.Priority 1, Inc.

Do not ship with this company. The third party insurance companies they use are fraudulent and no help, forcing small business owners to fix shipments that are damaged (by forklift and truck drivers) on their own dime. They hide behind "terms and conditions" instead of actually doing ethical business and opening their eyes to the struggles they put individuals through. No customer service, poor communication, but always successful in sending you invoices. It's a shame a company would operate in the way I have seen them operate, on multiple occasions, and fail to take responsibility for the "service" they try to provide. Obviously I am not alone as all reviews I recently see are 1-star.Priority 1, Inc.

Sent some items to NJ and NY for family. It was supposed to be white glove delivery. That means placing the items in house for people. I hired Priority 1 to make this happen. They sent a driver, that didn't work for Priority 1, that didn't speak a word of English, I think he was Russian, to pick up and deliver these items. He couldn't place the items in the house, couldn't communicate, and showed up on the wrong day for delivery. I was told by Kolby ****** of Priority 1, the sales rep, that the delivery would be discounted considering it didn't go as planned. Well that didn't happen because Priority 1 didn't get a discount from the company they contracted my job out to. Well, that is not my fault. My fault was hiring Priority 1 to begin with. They did nothing they promised on the front end, contracted the job out to a non reputable company, and showed no responsibility when the job wasn't completed correctly. Priority 1 is a bad company and hire bad companies to do their job. Do not trust them!!!!!Priority 1, Inc.
