The Pointe North Hills is a ripe off. We have photos of the unit that my daughter lived in. They're trying to charge us a fees for carpet that was replaced by them. The carpet was cleaned/shampooed before we left. We cleaned the apartment, which they're not saying the apartment was dirty. They took my daughter deposit of 150.00, then charged us 430.83 for replacing the carpet, which making us owe them 280.83. My daughter has emailed them several times with the photos that shows the carpet and the entire apartment being cleaned after she moved out. No one called her or me back concerning this matter. I have reached us several time and they always say the manager is busy or out of office, after placing me on hold. A few months later, I received a summons because I was the co-signer stating I needed to pay 280.83 plus 300.00 for interest and court cost. How do we owe you anything, when the apartment was not messed up. You received all money for rent, you know the apartment was not dirty. Just because you choose to replace the carpet, shouldn't make us having to pay for it. I rather go to court to show the judge these photos before given you anymore money or time. Also show the judge the emails that was sent with no responds, calling records which never received a call back. You wonder why the world is falling in pieces! Businesses are always trying to make a dollars from someone when they no it is not right. I will make sure everyone knows how bad your company is because, if I felt like it was owed. You would have been paid, because 280.83 is nothing to me. So I guess we will be going to court, your summons does not make me or break me. I'm tired of businesses trying to ripe people off.
