      Total scam! I purchased a vehicle from them back in October 2024. I purchased the extended warranty in hopes if they were selling me a "lemon" I would be safe. Well I was wrong . I had my vehicle for 82 days exactly and my motor completely blew. I had no choice but to have it towed to one of their approved mechanics. They had my vehicle for almost 7 weeks. They did not keep in contact , they wouldn't come to the phone And they kept blaming the mechanic for taking so long they refused to call the mechanic and find out when my vehicle would be done. Needless to say My vehicle drives worse than before ,the service engine light is on and I'm worried it may break down on me at any given time. Yes, it's still under the contract, but I almost lost my job for going seven weeks without a vehicle. So Why would I tell them something's wrong with my vehicle? They knew and still know they ripped me off . It's sad they prey on people who desperately need vehicles to sell them absolute junk.

      The only reason I gave them two stars is because they got me into a car but if I had only known now because it's tax season they say that I owe them an extra 1200 dollars on top of my normal payment they say that they mentioned this when I signed my contract but no they didn't and who would really know because they said they would mail me my contract this has been 9 months ago now these people are literally trying to charge me extra because they think I'm getting a tax refund there has to be a law against them treating me like this they are going to repo my car that I have not missed one single payment on because I guess they think I'm not going to pay it and they will be able to sell it to someone else something needs to be done this is criminal

      Bought a 2013 dodge Durango from them, nothing but problems with the vehicle transmission problems and never got fixed they would take it and bring it back the same way. This is the only vehicle I have and they’re are just not fixing it, I hav to pay to have my kids picked up at school and pay to move me around. They want me to take the tuck back again for 4th time in less then 2 months. Talked to Jesus he’s the one in charge of the car mart lots last time I spoke to him, he told me that if the truck wasn’t fixed bye the last time I took it he would exchange the vehicle but now I guess the wind takes the words we talked about. Now he’s saying that he never said anything about exchanging vehicles. So I suggest people and give my opinion don’t buy cars from them. If Carmart is reading the reviews I would be filing a complaint and taking you’ll to court.

      I am writing to express my disappointment and to clarify my recent experience with CarMart. I initially purchased a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica Limited in a beautiful shade of blue—a car I had dreamed of owning since I first saw it from the CarMart in Clarksville Arkansas. Unfortunately, I discovered it was in need of significant repairs. When I informed the manager that I might have to return the vehicle because I couldn’t afford both the payment and the $5,000 in repairs estimated by my local mechanic, I was encouraged to trade it in for a different vehicle instead. The replacement vehicle, a 2015 GMC Terrain, was also taken to my mechanic for inspection. To my dismay, it had similar issues as the Chrysler. Again, I informed the manager of the situation via email but received no reply or suggestions on how to proceed. Eventually, I returned the GMC Terrain. However, the manager claimed I had not communicated any issues, which I find frustrating and untrue. At no point was I asked to get a second opinion from a different mechanic or given any meaningful solutions to address the concerns with either vehicle. As a result, I feel betrayed by the process and as though my Chrysler Pacifica—a car I truly loved—was taken from me under unfair circumstances. I have dealt with CarMart off and on for many years, and this is the first time I have had such a disappointing experience. While I hope that I may one day purchase another vehicle from you, I feel deeply let down by the handling of this situation. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.

      I have had issues with the transmission since I got my car from the one in Siloam Springs. Its an manual transmission. I have had several other mechanics and shops look at it and they have stated that the save cylinder in it needs to be replaced. It has popped out of gear while I have been driving it and the most recent time was while I was driving my 14 year old son to school which could have put his safety at risk. Then when they finally agreed to take to a dealership, it took them a week to even do the bare minimum to it and then when I went to go get it from the dealership(who was extremely nice and helpful) CarMart is refusing to release it to me when they legally can not stop me from taking possession of the car that I am making payments on. They have repeatedly refused to give me any of the paperwork form any maintenance that they have done to my car when they legally have to as it is an Arkansas State law. I have had nothing but issues with them since I had to get the car on an emergency basis due to the one I had sadly breaking down. All I want is to have them be held accountable for their actions and to see them get the due course that they deserve for preying on people who are in need of a car but have no other options but to go to them. If would have known this, I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT HERE TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO BEWARE OF ANY AND ALL CARMART.

      The worst car company i dealt with. They didn't give us our inspection paperwork said it passed inspection. The next day the check engine light was on and it definitely didn't pass inspection. They did not follow threw with the warranty either. The transmission started messing up and they said they wouldn't fix it because it was too much and the vehicle was not worth the price. When we only had it for less than 60 days. And then they came and repo it without papers being a month late. I will never refer anyone to them. They are horrible. Their vehicles are trash too.

      This store is by far the worst place to get cars. I bought a dodge journey from them and it was making strange noises, so I took it back to carmart to have it checked out and they made it appear that it’ll be done in about two days but they kept on giving me a million excuses about why they haven’t fixed it yet and they had my car for two months which led me to lose my job.

      After financing my vehicle for 3 this car mart I WILL NEVER in my entire life go through them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Repositioning my car for the slightest of things, showing up at my home and place of employment they are absolutely the worst, I’ve been harassed by them the entire time I am awaiting for a callback from corporate

      Car Mart in Albertville Alabama doesn't inspect their cars! They put me in 2 in less than a month with no break lights or dim headlights. I want my down payment back of 850.00. they stole from me. They think they can just put me in another crap car! I am a single mother of a special needs child an they still put me in 2 cars that aren't street legal!
