1 starPlease believe the reviews! This company is scamming people out of their hard earned money. Customer service data is HIGHLY inaccurate. I make all my payments through the app and for some reason it shows them that the payment is made at the club. My monthly dues are due the 20th of every month but some how, I’m accruing service charges at $19.50 every month. In April I paid $25 on the 18th and $19.50 went towards SERVICE CHARGES. They keep trying to justify why they took that much for service charges although I paid on time by saying’ “although you paid on time, when we tried to take the funds the card was inactive”…..how does that make sense. I’ve been on the phone with the club and ABC for almost two weeks now trying to get this resolved. Now going into May, I have a $19.50 balance + $9 late fee because I refuse to pay a service charge if my payments are made on time. No payment made should EVER be taken without notice or consent. I would give them no stars if that was an option, worst customer service I have ever dealt with, took almost a week to respond to an email only to say that they couldn’t help over email & I would need to call, so I did & after being on hold for over 20mins gave all my information to agent, put on hold again for them to say that they couldn’t help & I would need to contact someone in my local area, only catch is there is no one which is why I called. This company is a joke & I don’t know how they are still operating with all these negative reviews.

What a disgusting company, their billling is third party so don’t waist your time. And trying to get anyone from EOS on the phone is just about impossible. They just lifted a freeze on my two kids accounts and started charging me. I called the same day to find out what’s going on. I told them to cancel the two accounts, they said they would “allow” me to do so, and they would still be another charge 30 days from now?????? ***. Cool cancel all three accounts, I will go across the street to LVAC, go pound sand. For 2 years this company couldn’t even get my app to work on my cellphone, this place is a joke. I wish I could give less than 1 star. The only good thing about ABC Fitness Solutions is the other horrible reviews here on BBB. The gym facility Crunch I was going to has documentation that ABC Fitness Solutions charged me $1,080 and reviewed my contracts and documentation with me and agreed that ABC Fitness Solutions should never had charged me that amount. Not only was there a freeze on my account at that time, and their contract clearly states during the freeze period the only charge that a freeze does not stop is the Yearly Membership fee, but the representative on the phone stated that ABC Fitness Solutions never charged me ever over $1,000 and even wrote out an email stating so and will not refund me. The charge on my account clearly list it was paid to ABC Fitness Solutions, for the charge at Crunch Fitness, and had that clubs phone number listed as the contact. With ABC Fitness Solutions written statement they did not charge me and do not see that charge on my account at all, my banking facility has issued a fraudulent claim against it and are willing to assist me since ABC Fitness Solutions has no intention.ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC

This business is a scam and is in cahoots with Texas Family Fitness to prevent members from being able to cancel memberships. Between the two companies no one will “allow” me to cancel. They should be criminally investigated. And I wasn’t trying to get out of a membership I was contacted into, no I was trying to stop withdrawals on a membership I attempted to cancel in person 13 months ago!ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC
