I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro from them for 12000, and they assured me the car had 4 years of clean carfax, but I have now spent around 8000 dollars or more on repairs and the car has been in the shop longer than I’ve been able to drive it. When I contacted them to try and replace it or get another car that I could actually use, they tried to set me up with a hefty payment to pay off the loan in addition to the old car so I would be paying way more than I could afford. When it’s a problem that they hid from me, I am seeking a resolution to get a car that I can afford and a car that actually will drive.

    Good afternoon

Mr. Burress purchased his 2010 Camaro from us 8/2/2023 .. he did look at trading back in April of 2024.  On May 3 2024 sales reached out to him and  he said he was no longer in the market to trade. That is the last we have heard from him. I have attached the copy of the buyer guide he signed acknowledging he understood we did not warranty the Camaro. Also attached is the Carfax he reviewed and signed of the cars history. He is welcome to trade in the car in on something else. We will be able to give him the fair market value at that time. He does still has an active service contract that did cover some of the repairs on the Camaro and it will be active until 8/25/2025 or 118,000. miles which ever accrues first.

     Sincerely

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I agreed to pay 12,000 for the car and it broke down in the first 4 months of owning it. Since then it has been in the shop longer than I have been able to drive it, and I have put 10,000 into repairs, when I agreed to pay 12000 for the car fully. Yes, I did try to trade the car back in but they were only offering me 6000 for it and were going to add my 13k that I owe on the car to a  brand new car and ask me to pay 1000 a month which is an absurd amount of money when they know how much I make monthly.  At this point I would like for them to pay off the rest of the car and take it back and refund me what I’ve paid on it so I’m able to get a replacement for the vehicle. I would like to be done with this whole vehicle.

    Sincerely,

On 11/22/24 I purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 truck from McLarty Daniel in Springdale, AR. They did a dealer teansfer from another dealership and sold the vehicle to me. They picked up the vehicle from the other dealership and delivered it to my home address around 10:00-10:30pm on 11/22/24. On 11/23/24 I started cleaning the vehicle and noticed buffing compound and what appeared to be overspray in different area on the passenger side. Upon removing the RAM badge and the Cummings badge I found that the vehicle had body work done on it and had been repainted. This was not reported to me at all. I would not have bought this vehicle had I known there had been previous body damage. There were no disclosures whatsoever. I immediately reported it to the salesman. He made not of it and said they’d take care of it. When I took the vehicle back to the dealership, the Sales Manager looked at it and said I had caused the damage. He also tried to say it was from other things (protective coating) that took place at the factory. After discussing further he explained that I had to deal with the dealership they got the vehicle from. I did not purchase this vehicle from that other dealership, therefore should not be responsible for dealing with them. A higher up was consulted and they directed the salesman to have the body shop inspect it. After they inspected it, they agreed there had been extensive body repair/paint done on the passenger side and it had been done poorly. The dealership is still telling me there is nothing else they can do to help out and that I need to work with the dealership they purchased it through. I have tried reaching higher ups, including the owner(s) of the dealership with no such lunch and no return calls.

Bought a vehicle on July 11, 2023 and it has been in their shop 5 times from July 11 to Aug 15 with issues. Sat. Aug 12, the vehicle would not start and had to have vehicle towed to the dealership. On Monday, I was contacted by the dealership wanting to know why my vehicle`was there and I stated because it wouldn't start and I had to have it towed. I was informed that the vehicle started with no problem. Being that I have had so many issues with the vehicle, I wanted to see about getting into another vehicle that was dependable and wasn't in the shop every week. I was told they could get me into another vehicle and my husband stated that we wanted our payments to stay close to what they currently were on the vehicle that we recently purchased. We were told that they could do that we just need to register the vehicle that was having issues. So that was done and went back to dealership and our payments went up over $200! Told them that was to much so they came back a little later with a reduced payment of $49 but would have to put down $4000! Instead of them reducing their price of the replacement vehicle and giving me more for the vehicle we purchased - they were giving me $8000 less and then carrying the difference over to the new vehicle which is what made my payments go up they hit my credit 4 times which made my interest rate go up! So I told them I would go with the first deal and was told that one no longer existed!!!! I spent literally from 8:30am to 6:30pm dealing with them and still go nothing accomplished and still have NO car to drive! They never would have a loaner for us to driver while ours was at their dealership! Every deal that they had, I was the one paying the price! I was just wanting them to at least meet me half way! I was so disgusted and tired of arguing with them that I said if I have to keep the vehicle with the problems, the least that you could do is pay my sales tax and they even wouldn't do that! They did absolutely NOTHING!

We have had a very hard time getting parts to repair vehicles. So many supply chain issue. We have finally received the parts to repair the Jeep the work has been completed and the customers have picked the jeep up. While we had their Jeep in service the customers did have a loaner to drive.

    Best regards
