On October 15, 2022 - First of all, they rented me a Patoon and they new the water levels were low. Secondly, they did this BIG production of changing the propeller in front of me that had a minor scratch on it. Thirdly, we were only able to use the Patoon for 2 hours but we paid for 6 hours because we kept getting stuck in the low-tides mud. I called back on 10/16/2022 requesting a copy of my reciept and they hung up in my face.These folks are scammers and rip-off artists, check the Yelp reviews. The scam is this: they will pretend to change the propeller in front of you because the last person messed it up, they will then take the new one that they spray painted and if there's a scratch on it they try to charge you for it. Then ***** or whomever the kid that runs it will act like he going to help you out and give you a discount. It's all a scam and please don't use this place. I then find out they weren't supposed to rent the Pontoons with the water level that low . There was a scratch on the propeller on the Patoon and he was trying to charge 500 for it. Secondly he kicked me out the store cause I wanted to record the transaction. Don't ever use this place or Extreme jetski they are the same company. The are scammers. They don't inform you that there s*** is already broke , then they try to charge you for the already broken s***
