Me and my wife have purchased many vehicles over the years, including a new lease every few years, from multiple different dealers throughout the country. Findlay of ********, is by far, the worst car dealership that I have ever visited. After purchasing a used *** pickup, I got it home and noticed a strong smell of antifreeze. Thinking maybe they just spilled some topping it off, I left it alone, only to come out the next morning with a majority of the antifreeze on the ground. Come to find out, the truck had a blown radiator, which was confirmed a different *** dealer, who completed the repairs. Reaching out to Findlay afterwards, I was told that the radiator damage occurred between the time I purchased the truck and when I got it home. Before the purchase, I was also stunned to find out that the truck had a 3M protective wrap on the vehicle along with some window tinting that they charged over $3,000 for, and when I told them that I did not want the protection, they told me not to buy the vehicle. But, the only reason I did purchase the truck was because me and my wife were on a time restraint for a Duramax. I had to then return a week later to have the newly, overpriced 3M protection, reapplied due to bubbling and peeling. The Findlay service record states that there were also all new Hancook tires installed, only to find out that two tires on the inside of the dual rear wheel were mismatched. Findlay would not take responsibility!UPDATE: After trading this vehicle in elsewhere, I reached out to ****** in finance with Findlay to cancel my service contract on the vehicle. I left countless messages, emails and voicemails, but I was never contacted back! To sum things up, if you want an enjoyable experience when purchasing a vehicle, with honest, knowledgeable salesman, and a dealer that takes pride in their work and provides customer service after the fact, and takes responsibility for their failures, DO NOT SHOP AT FINDLAY! I highly suggest going elsewhere.

I'd give less than one if I could. The incompetence of the sales team as they knowingly sold my son a lemon. Then there's the incompetent mechanics that can't fix anything. I've now contacted *** directly and filed a complaint and next is to get an auto fraud attorney. When you buy a truck 2 years ago and it's been in the shop longer than you've owned it and the dealership does absolutely nothing except collect the car payment, that's a real bad business model. 3 transmissions and 3 air conditioner problems. They keep it anywhere from 8 days to 6 months! Each time!

They sold me a used vehicles assuring me that before they put it to sell , they check the vehicles A to Z. I had a 2016 truck perfect condition but due to my disability had to get a proper vehicles due to my condition. So that was in Nov. 2023 no need to use ac. The day I got the vehicle driving home check engine turns on, so I call them the next day they check it. It was the something like catilisador, the they orde it, put it the ligh was out, may weather so ac was on in the front working not the back. At the time I though did not know how to turned it on. I have my older parent in ********** went to visit but the back was hot , I thought I dint how to turned it on , so I said when they do the free oil change I'll ask. Finally the oil change day and I ask how'd I need for the back ac work. So after the oil change went home and now my front ac was not working plus the glove compartment fell and all papers , I immediately called findly They forgot to pur the screws back. So I went the next day and told them I wanted to speak to manager because after oil change ac don't work, he said that I have an old car. I said I don't feel safe in this car .they made me pay $1000dls and wanted another $1000 for air compressor plus more money to fix the back ac. And when they checked the back ac they threw all my items back. Anyways other customers were complaining after oil change there ac don't work and they told them same story that it was a used car. Another customer complained on fb the same thing, and a 3rd customer said if I knew that would not bought that s*** with them.

I spoke to ********************** last week. He cursed and yelled at me for ***** minutes. He accused the dealership of faulty repairs. He stated that his vehilce has a cooling fan failure and that we should have caught the issue befroe we returned his vehicle to him. The problem is that we worked on his door handle. There would have been no reason for us to look at his cooling fan as it has nothing to do with the door handle. We returned ************************** vehicle back to him on 04/17/2024 and we received a call from him on 04/25/2024. That is a little more than 8 days he had the vehicle before it began having issues with its cooling fan. Again the repair we completed was for the drivers side exterior door handle. Since ************************** purchase we have gone out of our way multiple times to take care of him. We have replaced two tires, a tire repair, two oil changes, and 2 vehicle inpections, all at no cost to **********************. ********************** has had a door handle repaired and a battery replaced at our facility at his expense. We have also discounted repairs. We feel like we have gone above and beyond to take care of **********************. It is unfortunate that his vehcile has needed any repairs at all. This is just the unfortunate nature of pre-owned vehilces. Sometimes used vehilces have issues and some less than others. We thouroghly inspect all of our used vehicles before putting them up for sale on our lots and stand behind them after the sale for longer than the law requires. We also go above and beyond and take care of issues that the law does not require.

Today one of Findlay salesmen called me about a upcoming event. The problem is after Findlay couldnt fix my suv to my satisfaction I really do not want anything to do with Findlay motors,Chevrolet,or General Motors every again.I have asked other people from Findlay motors to take me off their list to call, and they still do.I feel this is harassment. they did not want to live up their commitment to me when, I owned the suv about my warranty. So I want nothing to do with these companies ever again
