            On ***** we went to adopt one of their pups at the Mesa location. I was at home 2 hours later with the puppy and realized I had made big mistake, I did not have the time to care and provide for what the puppy would need. I was heart broken and embarrassed. I text the shelter and they said bring him back. I brought the puppy back the same day, we had him only 2-3 hours. When I walked in I was clearly upset, still crying and the lady just grapped the puppy out of my arms, then she turned around and said "Did you need anything else ?" I handed her the items we had purchashed for the puppy to donate to them. I asked her for my $400 back and she replied "NOPE". I clearly understand they do not refund adoptions fees' however this is a unique situation and we are talking hours the puppy was in our possession. I reached out to the owners sharing my experience and **** text me the next day saying she would share with the other board members my experience and let me know what they decide. **** has yet to reply, I have reached back out to her twice now and zero response. After reading several reviews this is clearly how they operate and treat people.

            I adopted an extremely ill rescue that Puppy Luv Rescue of ******* brought from ******. Puppy Luv's owner was super non-chalant about responding to this ill dog. I had to call/text a second time ******************************** to stop by for antibiotics. I call her and ask "antibiotics for what?" When I arrive to surrender the dog. The receptionist pulls out a random bottle of antibiotics and starts counting pills for the rescue dog...to have me put in my pocket. Is this common? No one had seen the dog, treated him, no vet. Can the receptionist **** out a prescription for an unknown cause? I tell her I need to surrender this ill dog. My dog caught this unknown illness and my kind, licensed ER Veterinarian ran blood panels and chest ultrasounds to determine the appropriate medications. He wouldn't even prescribe anything without fully knowing. Our dog is at death's door due to Puppy Luv's negligence. Is this common for a receptionist to hand out pills of an unmarked bottle for a pet owner to put in their pockets without a bottle or script...no tests? This was the Puppy Luv on ********/********* in *******. Thank you...I am concerned about this operation
