      I emailed beckham and called numerous times to find out why i used to be charged next to nothing for the past few years to over a thousand for a few simple fillings in 2023. They suddenly and with NO notice stopped taking the United healthcare payments and small participating copays and decided to stick me with FULL TOTAL CHARGES on all services in 2023 for me and my husband. I'm being charged 128 for a cleaning on April 19 2023 and 442 for Todds filing on April 3 2023 and 431 for ****** other filing on July 10 2023. My total due in 2023 was ******* i paid over a thousand in dental insurance premiums and would have never gone to beckham in ************************************************************************************************************************************* and the insurance payments as I could have gotten much better deals as a cash customer anywhere else. I still owe 200 or so of this ****************************** with I want that waived as I've already found another dental provider that in more ethical and fair and doesn't charge exorbitant amounts with no notice that they are changing the way they do business. I also don't think it's fair that i emailed beckham july 27 August 11 october 10 November 7 and 8th and ask over and over again why I'm suddenly owing so much and to explain and made on top of that numerous calls just to finally get an email stating that i should be so grateful that they even filed claims to my insurance ?? company which is ridiculous I wouldn't see any provider who was too lazy to fill out an insurance form after paying so much on insurance premiums! And the email said oh we provided notice we are nonpar with all plans on our silly billing statements that have ZERO explanation on what your being charged for no service days no service explanation. I have proof that is a lie only after months of statements did i see that blurb too late to help me pick a better business!!!!

      I am just now getting this complaint, we never received an email.

      First of all I do apologize for the miss understanding.

      Our office sent letters out to all patients October of 2023 and January 2024 that we would be going out of network with all insurance carriers except for Delta Dental ppo plus premier.

      Also on all our billing statements it reads at the bottom that we accept all major insurance companies but are only in network with Delta dental ppo plus premier. We do submit claims as a courtesy for our patients.

      It is unfortunate that we went out of network, our cost of materials and quality to restore fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, endo, far exceed the allowed amount  payments from  said insurance companies with all the risings costs. 

      We do offer discount plans with a 15% reduction to treatment.

      I'm very sorry that you  had a bad experience with our office, If I can help in the future please don't hesitate to call.
