Ive NEVER had the need to post any complaint but this ** at Sharp is unbelievable and has no regard to customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.I provided them video and pictures highlighting the issues but still no resolution. Instead the ** calls me to attack me calling me names ghetto, ***** and jerk to name a few. Yelling so everyone in the office can hear him, saying I wanted to punch him in the face and sexually assault him. He might need special help.In summary, the BBB rating 2.4 accurately rates my experience and a lot of other customers as well. Raised the concerns on 12/3023 in an email Outstanding items:Drip line valve needs to be replaced - 4 dead plants due to these issues (4x$45)1 crack across the walking path 2 cracks on putting green border Now they want to charge me for a regulator that didnt need replacing but wont come to fix the issues theyre responsible for.The ** is choosing to attack his customer instead of fulfilling his contract obligations.Very Unsatisfied Customer!

I have to say after seeing the review rating, I questioned the A+ rating I almost decided not to use them. But the people I interacted with don't match the reviews. I'm glad I used them the price was fair and the driveway and garage epoxy floors turned out fantastic. I recommend look at years in business and not some reviews.

They did not complete work correctly as listed in the contract. They originally agreed to have it corrected but then ghosted us. Multiple emails were sent to their office manager including *************** were ignored. We finally had to hire another company to rip out and repair what they did incorrectly. Save your money and use another company that appreciates and values customer satisfaction.

Hired to redo multicolored paint around our pool and covered porch. Work was started in May 2022. Concrete was pressure washed, base coat applied, paint applied, and finally clear coat applied. Unfortunately, they left quite a mess in our pool. The workers planned to come back within two days to remove the paint from the pool. But they were rerouted to do work at some other residence. After about a month, the workers returned to remove the stains from the pool. Unfortunately, the paint around the pool had cured pretty well by then, so the workers were unable to remove it using a pressure washer. While there, we asked the workers why the clear coat was still tacky. They told us that they had applied it incorrectly and itd need to be redone. The workers had applied the clear coat over the paint, but apparently it shouldve been mixed in with the paint instead. While waiting for the office to schedule the redo and more aggressive method to remap e paint from pool, a monsoon occurred and all of the clear coat washed away. This was about two or three months after it was initially applied. After multiple calls to the office, they finally sent a different crew out. They climbed in the pool with scrub brushes, but still werent successful in removing the pool paint. also, they were supposed to start redoing the job since the clear coat was applied incorrectly initially. But the new workers said the office didnt include that on the work order. Instead, they redid two small areas (maybe 1/20 of the total area) and instructed us to call the office for scheduling. We called multiple times from Jul-Dec, and told theyd schedule us whenever the next opening came available. But that never happened. IMO, the original workers were the only honest people in the company - they admitted the clear coat was applied incorrectly and would require a redo. They also wanted to return within two days to remove pool overspray before it cured, but the office sent them elsewhere.

Sharp contracting originally put their concrete coating on our patio-pool deck ten years ago. Their textured light colored surface made a very attractive to look at and a cool, comfortable surface to walk on that we have enjoyed over the years. After much use and the wearing of time, the surface was in need of refreshing. This year we had Sharp and contracting come back to fix a few damaged places, build up a couple of low spots to improve water drainage, and recover the whole surface. Our patio area now looks brand new again. Sharp contracting did every thing they said they would do. Their workmanship has been consistently outstanding and their product is excellent and well worth the cost. Their customer service throughout the entire process was also excellent. We highly recommend Sharp and contracting.

We previously used Sharp and contracting for our pool area and pool house floor and they did an amazing job. This time we had them out to change the color and as always, so professional and very clean work. Will forever use Sharp!

Sharp installed stamped concrete over my kool deck areas around my pool and grass area 2 weeks ago. By the time they were finished they had clogged up my pool filter, permanently stained the bottom of my pool, broke my landscaping system (stake right through my new plumping), ran an wheel barrel into my home chipping the stucco and paint and left heavy oil stains right in front of my RV gate from their worker's truck. I left a message for the person in charge to call me back. **** had no problem calling me back but the problem was, it wasn't to take care of things. It was to scold me, school me like a child, insult me, threaten me, on and on...this crotchety old man was honestly one of the nastiest people I have ever spoken with. I happened to have a guest with me at the time, I grabbed her phone and we recorded the entire conversation. It was truly insane! He told me I was rude for asking that these repairs/clean up be done. And then when I told him I was recording the call, he completely lost his mind. We are talking a whole new crazy level. I had to eventually hang up, we were not making any progress. I am only writing this as a review and not asking for anything to be done because I would bet that he treated these other customers just like he treated me...and then flipped the story around to make them look bad. I promise you... all of these complaints are solely because of the way he treats people. You can tell someone no nicely but he makes it a point to completely crush the customer, so rude and so vile.**** even called me back the day after I hung up. He wanted to be sure I knew how wrong I was and wanted me to be sure I learned my *******
