Had GM Contracting, LLC paint the exterior of my house. They used a lower grade of paint than I asked them to use without me knowing ahead of time. I only realized it when they left the unused paint which was basically colored water. When I confronted this with them, they told me the paint was a premium paint. I had told them I wanted ****************************** paint which was a SUPERIOR (more expensive) paint. I never received a receipt which I requested several times breaking down the paint price. They did not power wash the house before painting and painted over all the dirt on the house, which makes for a "rough" texture. When I had them return to show them touch-up areas (which were extensive) the first few spots I tried to show them, they denied the paint was covering the spots and when showing them the 2 different overlapping, I was told "You can't expect it to be perfect". Yes I did expect it to be perfect for a $4500 price tag using lower grade paint I didn't approve of. I never got through the list of touch **** because they wouldn't admit wrong doing and I figured they wouldn't make it right with that response. I believe I was overcharged, lied to about the paint. I would like to be refunded for all paint expenses and amount to purchase **** ******* EVERLAST to repaint.

For one thing...THEY SPELLED MY NAME WRONG!! When they come to my house they send THE OLD MAN Who claims he knows what he is doing..HE DOESN'T. I initially dealt with ****** and assumed that's who was going to do the work. I PAID $4500 to have a HORRIBLE  paint job done on my house. THEY USED A CHEAPER PAINT THAN WHAT I REQUESTED THEY USE and then they tried to pass it off as a higher quality of paint...it wasn't. I had to rebuy paint and pay again to have my house painted correctly....THAT OLD MAN IS NOT A PAINTER. THEY LIED...CHEATED ME... STOLE MY $4500 AND DID A UNQUALIFIED PAINT JOB.

THEY DID NOT TRY TO SATISFY ME...****** WOULD NOT COME OUT HERE TO SEE THE HORRIBLE PAINT JOB ON THE HOUSE.

THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH...

You sent an old man who couldnt see and a young boy who couldnt operate a paint sprayer to paint my houseI was never made aware that **************** who gave me the original estimate was not going to be the one doing the work. A cheaper paint was used than I requested and I NEVER EVER received a receipt although I requested it numerous times.

I had the hire REAL painters to repaint my housethats how bad it was! When the old man came to look at the repairs I wanted repainted, he looked at a few and told me I couldnt expect it to be perfect!!
