Good morning my name is ******************* I want to file a complaint to Kon Tiki Mobile Homes because I don't have electricity since yesterday 11/01/2022 from 11:30 am. I contact SRP an they let me know that they let know the business know on 04/2020 the meter needs to be change because is dangerous and it can cause a fire. 11/02/2022 electricity got cut off by SRP because the meter hasn't been change. I went to Kon Toki Mobile ************ and they say they don't know when is going replace to contact SRP and then I contact SRP and they mention me that electricity wont be replaced until meter is replaced and they still have to have someone from SRP to inspect it. im on the point I don't know what to do I need electricity my food is going bad I can't cook for my kids who is going to be responsible for my groceries? its 11/02/2022 and there is no solution and one of the worker is always disrespectful towards me always yelling at me.
