      I attempted to buy an *** at RideNow PowerSports *******. RideNow ******* Requested a $500 fully refundable deposit if delivery is not completed. I paid the deposit. The *** that I attempted to buy is a pre-owned unit and apparently needed repairs and safety compliance updates . I was informed that delivery would be delayed while parts/components were ordered to bring the unit into safety compliance I have decided against purchasing the unit as I was dissatisfied with the explanation and transparency given about the nature of the repair/safety compliance issues. I notified ***** and **** of my intent to cancel the transaction and requested $500 deposit refunded. They are looking into it but being evasive, but this far no refund has been issued despite numerous requests.

      Ride Now sold me a dirt bike in Sept 2023. The dirt bike did not have any inspections done to ensure there were no issues. The first time I took the dirt bike out, oil started spewing all over the back tire and the rear brake assembly resulting in complete loss of rear brakes. I took it into a shop to have it looked at and was given a list of things that were wrong with the Dirt Bike totaling over *******. I reached out to Ride Now and was told there was nothing that would be done. The bike was sold as is, not their problem. I even was hoping that they would just take the dirt bike back and I could walk away and they are refusing to do that. Ride Now clearly doesnt see this as a problem at all, and knowingly sold me a bike that had a plethora of issues. They are very deceptive in their practices and do absolutely nothing to remedy their problems with any solutions. I have reached out to the corporate office in Chandler Arizona hoping that they will step in and do the right thing for their consumers.

      October 19,2023 date of purchase. Was sold/charged for 2 GPS unit that has never worked. Contacted the (gps)company. Only to be sent 2 more units that don't work. Getting the run a round from company. Want money back.

      Bought Segway Villain SX10 2023 on 9/2/2023 for $15,000. It is a lemon, nothing but problems. WE WERE SO EXCITED TO BUY THIS BIKE, IT HAS CAUSED SO MUCH ANXIETY IN OUR LIVES. WE DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY. IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET THIS MONEY, NOW WE HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH A LEMON.P.S. ALL THE PROBLEMS BELOW ARE STILL EXISTING AND NEED TO BE FIXED. MIGHT BE FROM THE SHOCK COWL/HOOD change due to damage, replacement is also damaged and needs replacement.No longer have faith in this rig, 1 thing gets fixed and something else goes wrong. Can't drive it most of the time.

      We did take the rig into them.  We thought it would be a Segway Representative.  Instead it was a RideNow Representative that only had authority to see about fixing the rig.  He has no authority to give a refund, store credit or new replacement.

      So our only option was to give them the opportunity to make repairs.  They gave an extented warranty and some free services.  It is not what we wanted because we aren't real confident that we will have more issues.

      We decided we would try this, but if it continues to breakdown,  or the repairs aren't satisfactory, we will be back in touch.

Although we have not had any recent pricing increases related to our labor rate, we did offer our customer service at a discounted rate the last time he had his vehicle serviced as good will due to a backorder in parts. Although this estimate was higher, it was only caused by standard pricing.

      I purchase a 2021 Can Am ***** brand new in 2021. I brought the bike home and put 400 miles on it. A week later Ride Now called me and stated that they gave me the wrong bike the VIN's didn't match the paperwork. So, they brought me a new bike out. From that day forward i had my bike in the shop numerous times. the A arm shook when i road the bike dangerously. i took it to the shop and they claim the bike was hit so they charged me to fix it. Mind you this bike is plastic if it was hit there would be major damage and there wasn't a scratch. A month later i ran into the same issue the bike shaking now they claim it was a warranty issue and fix it. The very next year the bike starts breaking down and get stranded. I took this bike back to the shop for the 5th time in June and they say that i will have to pay for the repairs even though it is the same repair they have made under a recall. Ride now doesn't contact me to give me updates and never answers my calls. it is now October, and they still don't have the parts and are now saying back order until December. They have been giving me the run around for 2 years. They keep pushing the dates out. And now aren't even sure if this is the problem. In December it will be there 7 months. Mind you this bike only has **** miles on it.It has been i the shop more than i have ridden it. I have tried to talk to them about this as i believe i was sold a lemon. But there again they are not helpful when i can actually get someone to respond to me. I really think i should be compensated in some way as i am making payments on a bike that is sitting in their lot get damaged by the sun. I am not sure if they will ever fix it at this point. They are not very customer orientated.

We have determined that it was purchased at one of our ****** dealership locations, but service has been performed at one of our other locations as well. We are looking at the full history to see if we can better understand what has taken place over the history of the vehicle.

      I purchased my motorcycle on 07/31/022 and seek resolution for multiple issues. I contacted a Consumer Protection Attorney and based on dollar amount, they suggested small claims court. It wasn't until recently that I attempted to seek resolution again as court seemed daunting. I purchased a $12,000 motorcycle but after singing paperwork, I was made aware of the $18,848.57 OTD price. This included multiple "additional" & "nonnegotiable" fees per finance manager. Although I received great financing, the dealer used my $3,000 down payment to fund a $599.95 dealer fee, a $999 GPS fee, a $1,211 Extended warranty (advised this would not affect payment), a $404 batter fee, and a $999 GAP insurance fee (advised this would not affect payment). In total, I spent an extra $4,212.99 and was not aware of this until practically signing my life away, feeling pressured, and feeling as if I couldn't leave the dealership. The next day before delivery, I went to the dealership and signed a form requesting full GAP refund but this was never credited to my lender. I now understand that these fees were negatable and this should have been stated by the dealer; the Finance Manager stating that these fees wouldn't impact my payment was deceiving. Lastly, I have had a plethora of problems with the motorcycle. The motorcycle has issues starting, stalling, a major thermostat leak, and the display condensates internally. Because the dealership charges diagnostic fees, my concerns are not documented although the bike is under warranty. I have videos and they witnessed the stalling issue, but nothing has been resolved. I shouldn't pay diag fees when the bike is under warranty and problems are intermittent. I have attempted to contact the dealer both in person and via email/phone with no luck. I am told that I will receive a call back or that managers are busy. I am requesting a $3K refund for GAP, GPS, BATT/DEALERFEE and no longer want to return to this dealership.

      ********************** previously filed a BBB review online related to the same vehicle purchase. Our management made several attempts to resolve at that time. We established then that he was aware of the loan terms and agreement to purchase vehicle protection products. We understand that some customers chose to cancel their protection products. In order to facilitate that request, the administrators of those products do require signed cancellation forms. If the customer would like to submit a signed cancellation form, we would be more than willing to assist with the submission to his administrators. Refunds would ultimately be forwarded to his lien holder if there is still a balance on his vehicle loan.

      I accept response but want to provide more context. Im in contact with the store general manager and feel we can reach an agreement.
      I signed a form to receive a full refund for GAP insurance day after purchase. I was advised that since the motorcycle was not delivered/ had 0 miles, I would receive a full refund credited to my loan issuer; no refund was ever credited.
      At the time of financing, extended warranty was optional; I opted in. ***/Battery fees were non-negotiable. After research, I should have had the opportunity to decline these options. I also didnt completely understand what these fees were. I was under the impression that KTM includes *** monitoring; I wasnt aware that the *** was an aftermarket accessory. After spending $1k, I am required to pay near $100 for a yearly subscription. Ive had a bad experience with the *** company.  The dealership offered to give me an updated *** unit. I am interested to see how their updated unit performs. A quick internet search yields multiple lead acid KTM replacement batteries for less than $50. A lithium battery is $100 - $200. I could have enough batteries to last me decades before spending $404 (battery fee). This fee is unreasonable, should be negotiable, and I would like a refund for this fee.
      Its understandable why Ive been upset. My motorcycle base price was $12k. With fees, I spent $18,849.57. My $3k down payment directly funded fees; I believe negotiating based on monthly payment/down payment made me an easy target. To add salt to my wounds, the mechanical issues my motorcycle exhibits are daunting (no start/rough start, occasional stalling, uncontrolled holding of engine RPMS when motorcycle is hot, condensation in the display, a thermostat leak and MTC failure. I believe in doing right by your customer and Im hopeful for a resolution.
      I would like my GAP refund issue resolved, be refunded for the batt fee, and hear about new *** unit. I accept GMs offer to pick up motorcycle/address issues.

      I purchased a motorcycle from Freedom/ Ridenow Powersports in ********* on 9/28/2022. I was currently living in ************, ** at the time and I saw a 2022 ****** MT-10 available from the dealership so I called to see if I can make a purchase over the phone. I spoke mainly with a *******, but ********************* was the main salesperson. It was delivered a couple weeks later to my door with a cost. I didnt receive the tags for it after over 8 months of waiting. At the time, I was still taking classes so I didnt mind too much.I called around May or June and spoke to a *******, who is from the titling department. She mentioned that she received the registration back from my dmv. I mentioned that I never received it and she statement that she would resend it to have the motorcycle registered with tags. After a few months of waiting, I did not receive the registration. My lease for my apartment was ending in the end of August and I was planning to move to a bordering city in ***********. I called ******* and then she informed me then that she, in fact, did not resend it and will send the money and registration money to my address. She, again, did not send it. I called ******* back and she said she will call me back, but never did. I called once more, which she said she would call me back again and did not. There was not a directory for the dealership that I could find, so I reached out to the controller, *************************, for Ridenow on LinkedIn on Sept 21, 2023. I thought she would have been able to take care of the issue, but she was not able to. I spoke with her through LinkedIn messaging and she reached out to ******* at the Canton dealership a few times asking her to send the registration. I was told by ********, that ******* would send out the registration and check on three separate occasions, but I have yet to receive anything. I would like to be sent the registration and check as quickly as possible so I close this sale and put this behind me.

      As stated in the case, I have given the dealer my new address information and they said on six separate occasions that they would send it but they have not. The response from the dealer says "they are working with the customer" doesnt really tell me anything new. Its doesnt show that theres any progress either. I have had the vehicle for over a year now.

      Each state has unique titling practices. We have converted our title documents from ** to MS. *** title documents are scheduled to arrive at the local title office in MS on 11/1/2023.Our store staff will be reaching out to the customer directly to discuss what is needed to complete his title and registration once we know they have arrived and ready for further processing.

      This dealership places prices of all of its merchandise on the item/vehicles. I attempted to purchase an item clearly advertised and with a price tag on it of $11,635. However they tried to add nearly an additional $4,000 to the price before tax and licensing bringing the total to in excess of $18,000. Thats a nearly 65% increase over the advertised price. At best its misleading. At worst its a criminal conspiracy and failure to honor a posted price. Its definitely not an ethical practice and is intentionally misleading to consumers.

      I purchased a motorcycle from this location. I am an out of state resident , and upon purchase was charged sales taxes and registration/title/plate charges.I informed the sales man that I am an ****** resident, I should not be paying taxes and that i wanted to register the vehicle out of state. they told me that unfortunately I'm not exempt from sales tax.I purchased the motorcycle in January, waited for months for plate and registration paperwork, and never received anything. after numerous contact to DMV i was informed that motorcycle was never registered, and I should not have been charged taxes.I contacted ride now, and they admitted the error, and stated they notes this error back in January but never reached out to anyone. after numerous attempts to contact them, I was asked to submit a form **** which i did. but then I got a call from someone regarding a check that would be overnighted to me in the amount of 734.77.I waited for two days and did not receive payment, I contacted them again two days later, and I was told that they would work on that check but it would be a completely different amount, less than $734.77 that I was told. I'm extremely frustrated that no one contacted me back in January when this error was noted. and made by their sales , and the amount of misinformation, inconsistent information and lack of follow through I'm getting from this company. I would like to be refunded the registration fees, plate fees and the taxes i was upcharges.
