    A fraud when you sign up that I do not complete the last service of a year. Now they demand the last service before canceling.

    Horrible Service No Accountability, No Integrity I hired this company for a rodent exclusion service in Jan 2024 and was assured all entry points were sealed. Less than a year later, rodents were backand during the new inspection in March 2025, they found an entry point the original inspector missed. When I asked for it to be covered under warranty, they flatly refused, despite it clearly being their oversight.After I challenged their response, they completely ghosted meno calls, no proposal, no communication. I followed up multiple times, only to be ignored. And instead of resolving the issue or even having a professional conversation, they abruptly messaged me saying they were closing my account because I was being condescending. Really? Thats how they handle legitimate complaints?This company refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and treats loyal customers with shocking disregard. Ive had to chase them down just to be heardand in the end, they just blame the customer and walk away.If you want a company that values accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. These people just take your money, do a sloppy job, and vanish when things go wrong.Avoid at all costs.

    Do not do business with this company. Should they knock on your door with an unbelievable offer, please run the other way. I live in a gated community, and a canvasser knocked on my door on Ap 1. He told me he was working at a neighbors and could do a treatment for me today. I told him I wasnt interested because I already have a service that I have used for 7 years. He insisted at just looking around the house and I told him ok. Frankly, I was busy at the time, and annoyed as our neighborhood does not allow soliciting. He finds a few areas & said he was going to offer me a deal for a **** 45, which is $1.45. I thought it was just a sales gimmick to get new customers, so I agreed. He said I would pay 1.45 for each treatment for a year and $250. should I cancel before that time. At the time, silly me believed him. I thought ok, Ill just cancel my other service. At no time when I spoke to customer service to start the account, did they say my service was actually $145. We get a call from the gate shortly after he leaves to let the tech into the community. Another false statement by the sales agent. I was told the tech was at a neighbors and would be over shortly. Not true. Why lie about that?I check my email shortly after that and see I have already been charged $145. Not $1.45. I immediately contacted the sales *** and he apologized and said he misspoke. In his mind saying a **** 45 meant $145. Now Ive been around the block far too many times to believe that. I feel I was misled and scammed frankly.Chance, the **** agreed to cancel the service and reverse charges. I got a notice that the service was cancelled but have yet to get confirmation the charge was reversed. I was told in a text to call customer service which I did. After an hour of talking to multiple people, and also having no one answer the call, I gave up on that. I have sent ***eated emails to the ************* and only get a generic ***ly. Its been two days and I cant get an answer.

    Totally unethical company. Sales person promises a trial service, then you get charged a $200 termination fee if you cancel service. **************** is voicemail h*** Do not use them. Tell the friendly salesperson to pound sand.Caveat emptor

    Awful experience. Trying to cancel a "contract" with them is actually impossible. Despite tryinig to charge a diabolical fee of $160 to cancel when I MOVED to an apartment where I can't have their service anymore even if I wanted. Talking to customer service is the biggest waste of time, as you cannot talk to anyone helpful. Ringing for over 30 minutes straight (and counting) when trying to talk to someone who actually has the power to cancel or remove the charge. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had the displeasure of enduring. If only we could control the pest called Eco Shield...

    In my experience with EcoShield I always ask myself would you do it again? Most definitely NOT! They cant follow instructions and dont understand what good customer service is!They even had the notes in their system and didnt follow them or care to check.I will look for another pest control service who understands about listening to customers and what they would like for their service. In my opinion this company is sub-par! ****

    I have never used this service, but one of the employees was driving behind my friend and me on our way back to *******, ** from a protest in *******, **. This was my first time driving in these mountain passes and it was snowing and we were on a relatively steep decline considering the combination of heavy snowfall and it being about 8 pm. The speed limit was 55 and we were doing between 40 and 45, we had already slid once so we wanted to be cautious and stay in the lane next to the mountain. this driver rode way too close behind us for at least two miles and they kept flashing their high beams at **. I was not about to speed up and risk our lives on this unfamiliar terrain. eventually, he moved into the other lane and went around us. I have not stopped being mad and this all happened last night. Would never use this company.

    ************ is a Fraud, scammer. I don't understand how they are allowed to continue to scam people, ************ needs to be shut down. They need to be reported to the government. They should not be allowed to have fake good reviews. Read all the bad reviews the good ones are fake just like the company is.

    2/4/25 Sales person came up to my door today (after standing outside the screen door while I was on a work call and listening to the call) stating he was servicing my neighbors house as well as others in surrounding area. Also note that we have a no solicitation sign on our door. Did not see a company vehicle nor have I ever seen a EcoShield vehicle servicing the neighborhood. Young man was talking real charmingly with compliments. Would not listen to me stating I was not interested, which was said more than once. Kept trying to give me a deal by lowering price and adding more treatments in. Then wanted all my personal information which I refused to give and tried to get into my backyard to look around. This was in *****, **. I did give my first name and he obviously has our address. Sure hoping I do not get charged for a service I did not agree to.

    Salesman came into my house, I was uncomfortable-told him I wasnt going to sign anything. Months later, bills started coming. Called and said I never signed up for service3 months of bills piled up ($600), they sent me to collections (!!!)I asked to see any contract I supposedly signed knowing I kicked guy out of my house. SALES PERSON FORGED A FAKE SIGNATURE ON *********** one in local *********** office seems that bothered when I called Absolutely IRATE. TOTAL FRAUD.
