1 starThey are awful and a scam. Run from their "services." They fail to address problems, refuse to return, and charge hidden fees that were never discussed. Terminex and other pest services are significantly better.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starService was supposed to entail mice traps that were never set. Product didnt keep pest away from the house like the salesman stated it would. Now Im trying to close my contract after my agreed service was fulfilled and I keep getting the run around. Continue to get text messages and emails on my next quarterly service when I dont want after trying several times of getting my service to stop. Do not signup for anything with this company, its a trap in keeping you as a client.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starWHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS? A "door to door" salesman approached me while working in my yard. He made a good case to have his company (Eco-Shield) spray around my house for ants and spiders, install a mouse trap, etc. Afterwards my wife was very unhappy with this because she's gotten in to using "natural" things like vinegar and lavender for bugs and weeds. When they alerted me a couple of weeks ago they would be out again I called right away and told them not to. First, I got a big sales pitch, then a lowered price with guarantee, then a threat of a $250 charge for "early termination of contract". Like this is going to make me want to ever do business with them again or recommend them to anyone! I SHOULD have read reviews before I agreed to the service since this is only ONE OF MANY SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. I'm a retired businessman and can't imagine ever doing this to a customer! I retired 2 1/2 years ago and still get phone calls and Happy New Year, etc from old customers who obviously view me as a friend.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starNever ever let that company lie to you, on my door knocked their owner said he was owner of the company he will take care of the pests and services. Two months later we are full of spiders and they dont anything about it, K called and canceled. All the sudden they are telling me there is a cancellation fee of $250 and they start harassing me about that fee. I called ******* owner he confirms he will waive the fee! Two weeks later they keep harassing I call and they say he is not the owner!!! On his business card confirms owner! Beware this is a fraud company which will not only take care of pests but harass you for money after.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 star8/5/25 I was approached by a man knocking on my door last night at 7pm. I said I wasn't able to do services right now and he said "why not". I then noticed he had tattoos running up his neck. He was overly aggressive and scared me. How do I get my name off their list? The last thing I want at my front door is an angry white guy.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI highly recommend you avoid this company. They signed up my 94 year old dad to a 2 year contract without him understanding. When I tried to get him out of the contract, the company absolutely refused. When I left them a bad online review, they called me and said he could get out after 2 more treatments. Almost a year later, I am still trying to get my dad out of this contract. Every time I call them, I am waiting on the line for at least one hour and I'm transferred back and forth to different divisions. I hate this company!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI had Eco Shield do an initial assessment and then had them treat for mice and insects. They put a box out for mice but on the second treatment we were told that no bait had ever been put into the box from the 1st treatment even though we paid for this. They did not honor their agreement, gave no valid excuse for this misinformation and poor service. They are now trying to charge me $250 to cancel and agreement that they failed to fulfill. Do not be fooled by this company. I would never consider having them to my property again.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI had someone show up at my door and aggressively try to sell me their pest control services. I gave them my name and phone number but nothing else. I was then sent texts asking me if I wanted to be added to the schedule that I never answered. Then 6 weeks later I get a text that they will be at my house for my scheduled service. I called to cancel and was told there would be a fee!! I never gave them my credit card and never signed a contract so im not sure who they will charge but I felt like this was very sneaky of them.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
