    My insurance company provided this tow company to pick up a vehicle and bring it to a service location. While my vehicle was in transport, the window was broken. I have images prior to them, picking up the vehicle, and when the vehicle was dropped off, that clearly shows the broken window. I have contacted the manager on the day this occurred, and he asked me to send him information on the repairs. Since the first day the manager has told me that he no longer works for the company and has been fired. I spoke with the secretary on the first day and now they are no longer calling me back or will pick up my phone call. This company will still not call me back even though they are responsible for the damages of $500+. Based on the lack of communication of their wrongdoing, I would like this company to be investigated.

    I requested roadside assistance and they failed to bring me gas claiming they don't do that.

    I used my ************. After over 3 hours of no tow I called the company to which to vwrify eta and that it was a flat tow per my cars recommendatiin .I was screamed at told off and told 35 minutes or nothing. My husband then called to verify eta and was also cursed and screamed at. Canceled tow for a reputable company. And hour and 30 min after 35 min eta drive arrives ( with a repossession truck not suitable for my cars recommended towing restrictions) driver also cursed and screamed, pulled up to my car to tow after I told him absolutely not. He proceeded to yell and then called CNA as if I had done something wrong by canceling his service. After doing research as we waited for reputable tow company we find they are an F rating, do repossession tows not disabled vehicle tows ( putting cars at risk of transmission breakage) but also work out of a house NOT a licensed building .
