    I wish there was a way to take away stars! I called **** and they gave me the number to Road Side Assist to have a tow truck dispatched. This company is extremely rude and unprofessional. When the driver called me, he continuously yelled at me on the phone. I was unable to ask any questions or verify what his request was or why he needed the information. He then hung up. I received a call from his dispatcher *************************** who when I asked the name of his company I was told it was "NONE OF MY Business B****" and was again hung up on. Be warned to NOT use this company! I have called **** to complain and hopefully they will loose the contact.

    If zero stars were an option that is what they would get. They were rude unprofessional and lazy. He yelled at me on the phone before I could ask a question and then hung up. He was told not to drive the vehicle as it would cause more damage but he snatched the keys out of my hand and drive it onto the trailer almost hitting it. He did not secure the vehicle had only one tire locked down. Totally unsafe. When he delivered it he was just as rude to the shop and just put the car in neutral and let it roll off the trailer on its own. Never use this company. Progressive insurance called them out and they were horrible!

    110 degree temperature at noon in *******, left me and my vehicle on the highway after he already lifted it onto his truck, because he wouldn't allow me to ride with my vehicle 4 miles to the repair shop even after my insurance company verified I would be allowed to. Took this animal 2.5 hours to arrive and could hardly find my location, didn't answer calls, he tried to tell me he barely spoke English, cussed me out, called his manager, and ultimately was told I was not allowed to ride with him to the destination under his discretion. Luckily I was alone and didn't have anyone else with me! This is NOT how consumers are treated in this country! **************** garbage driver, garbage human being, garbage experience!
