      I purchased an RT Offroad Spice Sun visor set for a CJ7 Jeep made by Crown Model#RT54003. I have been charged on my credit card $59.55 for this part and as of yet, I have not received any email, conformation, tracking number or order number... Hours long phone on hold no response. Email asks for order number that was never given!

      I am writing in regards to the business not accepting a return of an item that was not open. I selected a different item and they sent the wrong one. They want me to take photos of an item that has never been open before they will authorize a return. (Never heard of such in my entire life). Order#****** - This is the order number.

      I ordered jeep wrangler fenders as a birthday present 8/27/23. My order # was ****** and I paid $321.08 for this item. I never received an email for this order confirming or changing anything about it. I never received the item. I finally called on 9/20/23 to be told the item was on back order. I told them at that time to go ahead and cancel my order. They had debited my account the day I ordered the item. I was told I would receive a credit to my account. The date is 10/9/23 and I have called 3 different times to be told that I would receive credit. Today I was just told "sorry" and never given a date as to when I will receive the credit.

      I made an order with Vividracing for over $832 on the 9th of September 2023 Arrival date was scheduled for *************** 2023 however I decided to email to find out what's going they told me that they can't say exactly when I'll get my order, however the get there payment I asked them to cancel my order and a refund and the are refused to give me my refund

      This order was confirmed special order for October 12th which we show you agreed too. We did make the exception to cancel this order after your poor treatment of our representatives and language used on the phone. This was refunded via Affirm on the 9th. If you have not been refunded, we recommend contacting them.

      So I ordered an exhaust for 300 from this website, they claimed its in stock and ships same day, this was back in august, got tired of waiting asked for a refund, never got my money back and they sold my credit card info to scammers so I then had my bank account emptied by these a*******

      I Purchased a tune box as well as transmission tune for my 2016 Audi, upon receiving the product I had the wrong wiring harness. I then spoke to the tuning department and they sent me another harness, this one also does not fit. I then tried to access the transmission tune for my car and it would not read my ecu at all to get anything off it, come to find out my audi premium plus is different in engine transmission configuration because its the premium plus ( which was stated in the beginning) so none of the products they sold me will work on my car. After I do not know 300 emails they finally got back to me to tell me that I am an idiot and do not know how to install it correctly. I am only looking for a return label and the correct product they have for my car to be sent. pretty simple when your dealing with $1400.

      I bought body kit. From vivid racing When I received the product It was different than what the pictures showed. As far as the color black it wasn't painted gloss like it was represented. I wanted to return based on not as described. They are charging me a Restocking fee and i have to pay a shipping fee to their location in **********. When they are actually located in ******* and I'm located 10 minutes away from where I purchased it from. I have hired a lawyer to help clarify my rights and provide a resolution. The lawfirm has sent a demand letter and now im filing this bbb complaint. Also the lawyer explained to me that they are well aware of their business dealings with other unhappy customers.

       You're selling a product that looks nothing like the pictures that are advertised and you should get different lighting. If  I would have known exactly what I was buying. I would have not have purchased this item and gone through this headache. And I don't think it's right for you to deduct more than $350 from the purchase.  And making me pay for shipping back to **********. Which I'm guessing is around $50 minimum very unfair. I'm willing to do a $100 deduction and I can drop it off to the ******************** to minimize the loss.

      Order #****** was placed on Aug. 20, 2023 with no indication on website it was on pre-order or not in stock for another two weeks. I got a email confirmation I placed order, but nothing about the timeframe it would take to ship out. By 8/24 my account was still not charged for the order, so I called in to see why. They said manufacture doesn't have part until Sept. 3, 23 & that's when the funds would be taken out of my debt card. I said that's too long of wait, I want to cancel order and I will order somewhere else, where I can get it faster as I was building my car. Rep. told me that he knows your company is the fastest supplier and to wait the two weeks. I refused and requested the order be canceled. He said the cancellation takes 24 to 48 hours to be approved and then the order will be canceled, because it hasn't been processed by manufacture the debt card won't be charged. Aug 28th, 2023 I was charged the full amount, I called again and was told I was given misinformation, that the cancellation request has to be approved which takes 5 to 7 business days, then a refund request is sent to accounting and that takes 7 business days, after each request they would email me an update on it. I gave it time, never got any emails and on Sept. 5 I called to see if the cancelation was approved, they told me ( no its still processing). At that time its been well over the timeframe to process the request so I told them I would get my bank involved to get the refund back with ***** The bank and **** has been reaching out to Vivid on a refund update and they have told me they have yet to receive a response. My banker told me to call Vivid again, I did and they said that neither the cancelation or refund has been processed, they see its been over one month since the order was placed and canceled and they would get a supervisor to send me my funds back in a check, I did not want that as they did not give me a timeframe or tracking for check. I want the refund back on my card.

      Purchased a product from vivid racing on august 26th that showed on their website as in stock, after numerous emails I still havent recieved my item or tracking information even though they claimed it would be shipped yesterday the 12th of September still nothing. Sent several emails but have not heard back. This company needs to be shut down I feel this borders on fraudulent activity. Because they are certainly misrepresenting stock levels and shipping times.

      We were able to locate the order placed on August 28th. I apologize as our website does specify in stock, ETA given by the manufacturer on the order is October 15th but this is subject to change.  We have cancelled the order and are issuing a full refund for the inconvenience you have had as we believe this is the best course of action due to no guarantee by the manufacturer on the ETA.

      I initially filed a complaint about an item not being shipped out and for "special order" issues. The order was placed in April 2023 with a price of $1316.08. The issue was partially resolved on May 22, 2023 in which they refunded me one of two items at $453.53. They did state that said product would be shipped and I quote, "The ............ , is shipping to the customer and is no longer eligible for cancellation." So I took their word for it. However, the item was never shipped after their "resolution". I did a follow up on June 1 and per chat transcript, the supposed ETA of delivery will be July 17, 2023. I received an email July 20 stating to check the "spam or junk boxes" if I do not see them. I checked my spam mail and my email's main inbox pertaining to Vivid Racing or any tracking numbers from Vivid Racing and I received no emails for any shipment or tracking numbers. It's August 11, 2023 and all I am receiving are auto-generated emails asking if I am satisfied with the "products you got from Vivid Racing." After realizing this would be an issue in the long run, I ended up ordering the same product from the actual manufacturer (Yoshimura R&D America), and not Vivid Racing, on May 10, 2023. I have already received the product from Yoshimura America within 1.5 weeks and no longer need said item from Vivid Racing. Essentially, Vivid Racing still has not fulfilled my order due to "circumstances". At this point, I am kindly asking from the company to return my money for the services that they did not uphold to. Please do not ship me the item.

This order would have to be returned as I am showing it did shipped already and in transit.
