      I purchased a tune product for my ktm 790 adventure in good faith in November of 2021. For ****** dollars. When I finally got to install the tune (October 2023 due to surgery) to my surprise there wasn't one. When contacting them ****** looked up the tune he stated that they don't have one but assured me it would be taking care of and that ***** would be contacting me soon. No word from them. Now all I get is the runaround phone transfer. I'm a disabled veteran. I NEVER received what I paid for. Bait and switch. Now I'm out ****** and no tune for my bike. They have never contacted me.

      We have spoken over email and have referred to our tuning department. We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into this, the Tune is a tune we no longer offer as this was one sold in 2021.

      this is what they have said in the past. But they haven't called me to resolve this issue. Why would you sell a tune that you won't support in the future. Can you or will you do the tune.

      Problem:
      This is a continued complaint filed earlier late last year. With your help I thought we had come to an agreement with the company in question. I did send the unit back for the software load for my ktm790 adventure. I haven't received it back nor can I get any answers from the company since then. Now they have my unit and I have nothing.

      I returned the *** in the original packaging.  I have a receipt from *** with a date and signature.

      This is our second order with Vivid Racing. We used a debit card that was solely used for these online orders and nothing else. Both times, exactly 3 days after our purchase the cards were hacked and all kinds of international charges attempted to go through. Both times the bank traced it back to Vivid Racing's online payment processing. We have contacted them about this matter and have received no response at all. We have had to order new cards twice now and have had over $900 worth of fraudulent charges try and clear our account in total between the two incidents. The charges put a temporary payment hold on our account multiple times now and have rendered the account inactive for a total of over 10 full business days. At the very least we should be refunded for this latest order.

      They still did not address the issue of the hacking of the credit card.  They keep ignoring that fact.  And the order they are mentioning is the wrong one LOL.  This business is a joke and their payment processing company hacks people's credit cards.  Not once have they apologized directly related to the hacking issues.

      I purchased 3 Vision Sw60-8765B40 wheels on line. I received an order confirmation on November 6th (order #*******) and our C/C was charged $299.54. A day or so later I got an email notification that the wheels were not available and would go a back order for a month. I replied to that email wishing to cancel the order. No reply received. I sent another email to their sales email and got no response. I called on November 7th. Spent ***************************************************************************************************************************** an email confirmation. To date, all Ive received is acknowledgment of my request and a notice that the items may still ship to me if their vendor is unable to cancel the order and Ill be responsible to return shipping if I refuse the delivery. As of this moment, *** received no confirmation of the cancellation being complete and the C/C account has not been credited.Its atypical for a vendor to charge a C/C for backordered items unless the purchaser is advised first. At no time during the ordering process was I advised of any expected delay or back order.

      I purchased a part for my motorcycle that their website claimed was in stock. Waited approximately 5-6 weeks with nothing, had to email them only to be told oh it's on backorder. Weeks turned into months and still nothing. The instant I demanded a refund they stopped responding so now it's up to my bank and other legal action to get my money back. AVOID VIVID RACING IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

      This has been almost 2 weeks of nonsense from this company from ordering and the website issuses.  Areogance of the owner and lack of any kind of resolution which could have been solved in minutes. Incompetence. I was told it would be taken care of last Friday and have not heard anything in a week.   You sit on hold for 30 or 40 minutes. To get blank answers and no returned communication. 10 emails and no response. Just make it right that's all.  I'm a very reasonable person but this company has been Nuts.

      This has been the WORST purchasing experience of my ***************** career. Attempted to order a part that was in stock. Got an email that its unavailable - OK no big deal. Paid via credit card online. No charges or pending charges showing at that time so I thought nothing of it. 3 weeks go by, I show charges posted to my credit card. I have been calling, emailing every day now for 3 weeks and I have been getting told every excuse in the book and been hung up on multiple times. This is a FRAUDULENT OPERATION and you do not want to give these people your credit card information. This is the most embarrassing customer service I have ever received and I will spread my message everywhere until they get this issue resolved!!!

      This is NOT how you conduct business.
      Over 3 weeks I contacted your business over a dozen times trying to come to a resolution and get a refund - you guys tell me all kinds of stories about your credit card software having issues and this and that and its processed on this date, now that date.

       

      #1 My credit card was wrongfully charged to begin with you guys charged my card weeks after I even attempted to make an order (that you could not even fulfil) thinking that what - I wouldnt notice??? Lets not forget here I have received NOTHING I wasnt even able to purchase the item I initially was looking at because it was unavailable.

       

      #2 Your customer service department is rude and unprofessional hanging up on me feeding me a bunch of nonsensical reasons why you cant process a refund, cant get their dates straight, cant get a straight answer out of anyone period!

       

      #3 Getting ahold of someone and not being hung up on via telephone is a 3-4 phone call effort and getting a response via email is non existent.

       

      #4 You have hundreds of reviews on multiple platforms with other people that you have done this EXACT SAME THING to.

       

      #5 It takes me having to post my negative experience to even get a response from ANYONE at your company. Suddenly within an hour of posting a negative response everyone is miraculously very responsive????

       

      #6 You have NOT reversed the charges - my credit card company has confirmed this multiple times and it is now being handled as fraudulent.

       

      #7 This is being reported to the FTC.

      Date of Transaction Approximately 08/02/2023 Order number ****** First of all, side view mirrors did not ship together and was told manufacture forgot to ship them together. When entire order arrived one mirror was missing a protective cover for electrical wires inside the housing, I asked for an RMA to return the order and was told it would take two days to receive it. two days have past, and I have received nothing. I also suspect the mirrors are counterfeit.

      I purchased an RT Offroad Spice Sun visor set for a CJ7 Jeep made by Crown Model#RT54003. I have been charged on my credit card $59.55 for this part and as of yet, I have not received any email, conformation, tracking number or order number... Hours long phone on hold no response.       I am writing in regards to the business not accepting a return of an item that was not open. I selected a different item and they sent the wrong one. They want me to take photos of an item that has never been open before they will authorize a return. (Never heard of such in my entire life). Order#****** - This is the order number.

      I ordered jeep wrangler fenders as a birthday present 8/27/23. My order # was ****** and I paid $321.08 for this item. I never received an email for this order confirming or changing anything about it. I never received the item. I finally called on 9/20/23 to be told the item was on back order. I told them at that time to go ahead and cancel my order. They had debited my account the day I ordered the item. I was told I would receive a credit to my account. The date is 10/9/23 and I have called 3 different times to be told that I would receive credit. Today I was just told "sorry" and never given a date as to when I will receive the credit.
