      They came to the house, one carpet and two area rugs 100 or way overcharged plus didn't get the carpet cleaned drenched it with water was still wet and had residue in the morning and missed three spots complete disaster one person came usually there were 2+ charge 4% extra for using the Sears credit card and I tipped the guy ******************************** over. Thanks for nothing. I got a call ************************* now and get the job done right

      I was emailed an invoice for $119.00 and when when they got here, I was told it would cost $677.00!!! Of course I didn't have it done. I complained to customer service and all she kept saying was she was sorry over and over. No help otherwise. I am going to send a letter to the ****

      Do NOT use Sears to have your dryer vent cleaned! They cleaned my dryer vent in February 2024 and did not do a thorough job. I installed a new washer and dryer after my vent was cleaned out in February. May 2024 my dryer stopped heating because the thermostat broke due to my dryer vent still being clogged. I had another appliance company repair my dryer and reclean my clogged vents. Sears would not refund or give me a credit for a future service. Highly disappointed and will never use again!

      Scam I've answered a Sears, $99 Air-duct cleaning ad. I've called the ad number to schedule. Two technicians came to my home Friday, March 25th, 2022. They looked at the vents and then opened the ** handler and came back to say there is mold and they were surprised we werent sick yet and if we had kids this would be very dangerous and we need fogging to kill the mold. They said fogging is $1/sqft which came to $2200 and also the ** light needed to be replaced. The technician, ****** and coworker went to inspect my A/C unit. They both return downstairs. ****** states. there is "Black Mold" in the unit, said that I must have a "Fogging treatment ($2200) and a "** light( $499).They came in with the duct cleaning vacuum inserted in one vent and asked us to leave the house. And then in 15 mins they got in their van and left. No proof if they cleaned the vents did the fogging or anything. Since then I have had to replace my ** filter every 2 weeks and had other companies to come out and check and everyone recommended that I need coil cleaning and without that the duct cleaning and Uv lights are useless. I am still trying to dispute and get a second opinion but this should be a big warning for anyone thinking of hiring sears clean.

      Worst company ever. They damaged on ductwork and told me they would come back out and never showed. They even had there tech call me to try and talk his way out of messing my house up. Literally the worst company Ive dealt with in my life
