    SERVICE PROVIDED DID NOT SUFFICE EXPECTATIONS.On 8.26.24 I dropped my vehicle off for service. My truck needed a basic battery installation ($243 per my **** **** service invoice) and Tire balancing ($170 charge - per my **** **** service invoice). Eventually the vehicle was completed until 9.11.24! Furthermore, the bill came to OVER $3000.00 due to additional work which as per recommendation I agreed as ***** ADVISOR explained I could NOT get the vehicle back due to the parts are not in tact.... However, once I drove the vehicle and placed it in reverse, come to find out the alignment was NOT properly performed as stated on the invoice. Fast foward (10.7.24) I returned the vehicle to have this issue resolved, and essentially the ******* (***) advised it is simply due to (rubbing tires) also to WHICH they advised I purchase from them. Additionally my trucks grill cover was NOT reinstalled, tire valve stems were missing and the Tire pressure was added up to 55 psi..to which Discount tire questioned why 55 psi? upon me visiting Disount to have the Tire pressure monitor RESET due to again **** **** service did NOT reset!Today (10.15.24), I had the vehicle reinspected @(Total off road) and I was advised the realignment is NOW working properly to which. I had to pay another $175!In summary due to the fact the Service advisors and formen apparently DO NOT know how to work on LIFTED Vehicles. I would advise NEVER take you vehicle to these GENUIESES!

    Worst business ever. If I could leave negative stars I would. We recently purchased a vehicle from ************************* and because our check came from an out of state ********************* they put a 10 day hold on the check, until we can pick up our vehicle, even if it clears before the 10 days. In addition, just trying to purchased the vehicle was all messed up. We had to have them send a purchase order 4 different times because they could not get our information correct. From having the wrong social security number, to the wrong drivers license number, and not showing our down payment, they could not get their information correct on the contact. Plus, at no time were we told that there would be a 10 business day hold on an out of state check. Please, Please, do not buy from this dealership; it will be your worst nightmare!!

    Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from Bill Luke Santan Used Car Dealership!!!!!!!After only 2 months of owning a used vehicle from them, multiple things were wrong with the vehicle, including needed a new transmission. A 2019 that needs $7000 worth of work. Its a lemon. They admitted they had to put 4k in to the vehicle to get it ready to sell after I complained.Sounds like they knew this vehicle was bad. *** asked for them to pay for half of the new transmission or get us in to an older used vehicle as a trade. They refused to do either. They may have not had any legal liability to help us but considering we just bought it they should have some moral responsibility. Buyer beware!!!!! They do not care about their customers!!

    ******* and ****** were great and the number of stars is no reflection of them in any way. The unfortunate thing is that they work for an organization and sales manager that is not have the best interest of the customer in mind, but rather the bottom line and the dollar over the customer experience. I just purchased my second vehicle from ************************* in 3 years and will never buy another vehicle from them ever again.******, the sales manager likes to condescendingly tell customers that come in because of vehicle replacement well I can just take the car back to a person who just lost their vehicle in an accident. Who threatens to take away a car because a customer isnt happy about their purchase?I am very disappointed in this experience, which started off so well. As a man with 3 soon to be drivers, I will no longer be purchasing vehicles from *************************, nor any ***************** store ever again. They no longer put the customer 1st. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.~Update~After an attempt to get me to delete my previous review with multiple phone calls and voicemails from ****. I was forced to take my vehicle in for service again for the same issue. (Bluetooth skips like a CD player.) After being told that it would be just like last time, (meaning they would pay for my rental because I bought this truck as a replacement vehicle when mine was totaled) I was informed that ***************** would not be covering my rental even though this was a existing issue I was bringing it back for. Add that to the fact that they didnt even fix the issue (but tried to blame my phone) I am now being told by ***** in service that i dont know how cars work even though I have articulated the issue and explained that it connects clear as day with any other vehicle. I was then told that they cant expect me to replace the radio because its like $1,200. All I expected was for the issue to be fixed and fixed correctly the first time. All around BAD BIZ.

    Yesterday 11/9/22 was the worst car buying experience ever. First time ever getting denied to buy a car and had the funds to purchase. To my defense I was pushing back on running my credit when asked by the sales person because I was already funded by my lender for the loan of the car I wanted so there was no need to run my credit again. A phone call to the lender and a purchase agreement is all we needed to run. I was told by your finance mgr I could stop payment or stop the check this is why my credit has to be run. This is above foolery I have no power of stopping any payment so me and the financial mgr had an exchange of words and he choose his emotions rather then moving a unit which is the goal. The financial mgr gave me my trade in car keys back and pretty much told me to have a good day. Also to add they charge 400 bucks for tint that you have to pay whether you wanted tint or not also they raise there prices **** if you don't choose there lender with a high APR. This is what to expect when you shop at Bill Luke Santan.
