      I ordered Office software from this company and it said "digital delivery" To me that meant that they would send the software to me digitally and I could download onto my computer. As it turned out they delivered the software digitally but I cannot download it onto my computer without putting all of my work on the web. That is 100% unacceptable. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund, AFTER 3 DAYS they said they do not give refunds, however, there is a page that states that you may ask for a refund. They are liars and thieves.

      I ordered 2 sets of flameless candles that they were advertising as a special price. 2 weeks after the order was placed and they had received my money, I had not heard a peep from Tanga and my order was still saying processing but when checking with the company that the payment went through, I was being told that I should have already received my items. I finally sent an email stating I wanted a refund, Then I had to go to AmazonPay and file a report of them failing to send my items. After I filed the complaint, Tanga suddenly sends me a message saying my order had been cancelled and I would be receiving a full refund. This was my first time dealing with this company and I can honestly say there will never be a second time, They advertise a price lower than they want to sell the items for and then don't follow through, that is a bad business practice.

      I bought air pods for my daughter they arrived the left pod did not work. I notify Tanga they sent me a return label. I return the merchandise with return label with **** I request a refund they request tracking number which I gave. It has been over a month since I sent merchandise back. There is no number to reach out to them and very difficult to send an email. I sent 2 emails requesting my refund. Tanga took my money which is fraud. I will not recommend them to nobody. This fraudulent to withhold my money.

      I ordered a specific color pattern for pants and they sent a different selection albeit acknowledging the colors received are different from the orders photos. I waited a few days for a response thinking they would send the new ones as I returned the wrong items they sent. Instead, several days later, I get a *** label to print out to return the item to get refunded in five days after they get them back without any exchange option. I sent photos to them with all the info they requested.

      I spent over $47.21 on a few items and have not received them. I also Contacted Tanga 4 times via email and have not received an email explaining why nor a phone call. This is clearly unacceptable, especially after reading multiple reviews and countless people are saying the same.

      Dear BBB We are the seller of Tanga.com. We started to operate on the platform in September, and the payment time we agreed with the platform was to pay ** seven days after our goods were delivered to the buyer. On September 18, the platform suddenly closed our seller account without any notice. Our total sales on tanga.com was $8,954.00, but the platform only paid us $711.15 on September 13. After closing our account, there was still $8,177.00 left in our account that we have not paid to us. We have been operating on this platform in compliance with various regulations of the platform. After receiving the order, we sent our goods to the buyer as soon as possible, and the buyer could receive our goods within the prescribed time. The payment was also accepted by tanga.com, but Tanga.com closed our account unreasonably and violently, and the balance of our account was not returned to us. Our company kindly requests BBB to help me solve this problem and ask Tanga.com to return the withheld $8,177.00 to us.       I bought a product from the website (mini fridge). It stopped working in less than three months. The product was not abused or damaged. Tanga.com refused a refund or replacement. They should not be selling junk products that they will not stand by.

      Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 5/8/23. After a week I checked on the order and saw it never shipped. Contacted customer service who sent back a scripted response that they cant help until its been 10 days. Waited til 11th day and reached back out, no answer. Still the product has not shipped. Had to file a dispute with PayPal who want me to wait until the 8th for a resolution.
