I saw that my order wasn't going to arrive in time in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES after placing it, so I clicked the link on THEIR website that says "modify/cancel order" and sent an email stating I would like it cancelled, as that is what THEIR link prompts you to do. I was told that they won't cancel my order, that again I cancelled LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES after placing because my "order has already been sent to the vendor." I do not believe for a second that my order has already shipped and I went through their protocol to cancel LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES after placing the order.Initial Complaint

Good day,I purchased items from Tanga January 10, 2015 (Friday pm). As soon as I ordered, I realized I reversed the first 2 numbers on the address. I immediately went to the Tanga site and tried to find their phone number to inform them of the error (my doing). There was no number, only online form (leaving message). They did not respond until Monday pm. By this time, the order was printed and set up for shipping. They said if I didn't receive order, the items would be returned to ***** or **** and refunded to me. The items did not come. I was informed to contact ***** or ****. I did that. The delivery companies said since I was not the company, I could not file a claim with them. I was able to contact one of the companies (the patio set) as I saw a paper with their name on it. I contacted them and THEY got ahold of ***** and found the delivery was missing. The patio company re-sent the set and I received. I have asked Tanga to supply me with the companies I bought from on their site (they are a warehouse hosting products to sell for companies) but they will not answer me and ignore my requests. I cannot get ahold of anyone there to help me. So I did get the patio furniture and the ******/grater items only. I am not asking for a return/refund for those items. At this point, it is March 4 and the website says "In-Transit" still. The items are not in transit but are missing or delivered to the wrong address. Had Tanga had a phone number to call right after I realized the 2 backwards numbers, they could have corrected this right away.I just realized I put my other address on the first page. But the actual address that the items should have been sent to is: *************************************. (I put 2508 which is not even existing anywhere). ***** should have sent items back to warehouse (from what Darrian at Tanga told me). The website still says "In Transit." Hi, this is **** I. *****, phone number ************. I have a complaint against Tanga. I had purchased a *****************, and when opened, nothing worked, and there was a fire in there that said customer service. And when I called that, they said they were Kenmore customer service and they would help me. And when I told them I had purchased it from *****, they said ***** was not authorized to sell their product, *****************. That is my complaint, and I would appreciate having the monies that I had put out sent back to me, which should be about $39.40. Thank you, and the complaint number is ********. Thank you. I ordered Office software from this company and it said "digital delivery" To me that meant that they would send the software to me digitally and I could download onto my computer. As it turned out they delivered the software digitally but I cannot download it onto my computer without putting all of my work on the web. That is 100% unacceptable. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund, AFTER 3 DAYS they said they do not give refunds, however, there is a page that states that you may ask for a refund. I ordered 2 sets of flameless candles that they were advertising as a special price. 2 weeks after the order was placed and they had received my money, I had not heard a peep from Tanga and my order was still saying processing but when checking with the company that the payment went through, I was being told that I should have already received my items. I finally sent an email stating I wanted a refund, Then I had to go to AmazonPay and file a report of them failing to send my items. After I filed the complaint, Tanga suddenly sends me a message saying my order had been cancelled and I would be receiving a full refund. This was my first time dealing with this company and I can honestly say there will never be a second time, They advertise a price lower than they want to sell the items for and then don't follow through, that is a bad business practice.Initial Complaint

I bought air pods for my daughter they arrived the left pod did not work. I notify Tanga they sent me a return label. I return the merchandise with return label with **** I request a refund they request tracking number which I gave. It has been over a month since I sent merchandise back. There is no number to reach out to them and very difficult to send an email. I sent 2 emails requesting my refund. Tanga took my money which is fraud. I will not recommend them to nobody. I ordered a specific color pattern for pants and they sent a different selection albeit acknowledging the colors received are different from the orders photos. I waited a few days for a response thinking they would send the new ones as I returned the wrong items they sent. Instead, several days later, I get a *** label to print out to return the item to get refunded in five days after they get them back without any exchange option. Dear BBB We are the seller of Tanga.com. We started to operate on the platform in September, and the payment time we agreed with the platform was to pay ** seven days after our goods were delivered to the buyer. On September 18, the platform suddenly closed our seller account without any notice. Our total sales on tanga.com was $8,954.00, but the platform only paid us $711.15 on September 13. After closing our account, there was still $8,177.00 left in our account that we have not paid to us. We have been operating on this platform in compliance with various regulations of the platform. After receiving the order, we sent our goods to the buyer as soon as possible, and the buyer could receive our goods within the prescribed time. The payment was also accepted by tanga.com, but Tanga.com closed our account unreasonably and violently, and the balance of our account was not returned to us. Our company kindly requests BBB to help me solve this problem and ask Tanga.com to return the withheld $8,177.00 to us.
